Poorly kept and very outdated

Unfortunately with Parliament sitting there were not very many options left in Canberra. Unfortunately, I should have read deeper into the reviews but this hotel is out dated, dirty, no meal options available as restaurant closed for both breakfast and dinner. Not to mention the construction noise coming from next door. Critically, especially for a business traveller, the advertisement should be updated in regards to no dining options and a pre-warning in regards to construction noise. Unfortunately, a poor experience and would not stay here again.

Long waiting for checking in at the hotel

Other guests and I had to wait for 45 minutes to get checked in because nobody was at the reception even though we pressed the bell and called the given phone number again and again, but there was no one to pick up. It was the only one-night stay for me to stay in Canberra driving long-distance from Tasmania and this waiting time was too long and certainly exhausting.

It’s was a nice area, good parking but room was a little old and not 100% clean and bed old and had a dip in the mattress wasn’t the nicest to sleep in other then that’s room was a great size - but not very accessible for something not being about to walk up stairs etc.
