Luxury 2-bedroom apartment positioned at the heart of Dickson town centre, few minutes drive to Canberra centre and ANU, and walking distance to the light-rail and bus interchange.
With numerous cafes, bars and restaurants, walking distance to Woolworths offers the best of city living right at your front door.

Despite living in a busy town centre, our apartment feels very private - being higher in the building on level 4, excellent sound proofing, the tree and the incredible view has meant that we have never felt like we are in a busy location.

If that's not enough for you, this apartment has a rooftop pool, gym and communal garden.

‱ Full size designer kitchen features high quality appliances, stone bench tops with waterfall edge and soft close joinery
‱ Spacious master bedroom features 2 built-in robes, ensuite with double vanities and balcony access.
‱ Bedroom 2 with bult-in robes and services by the main bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.

‱ Ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling to the living room and bedrooms.
Parking is in the building at Wilson parking for $5 per day. If guests stay from 3 nights or more we can arrange free private parking.

Very accessible, well appointed and quiet two bedroom apartment.An excellent variety of cafes and supermarkets within walking distance.Very cheap off-road parking for second car. Primary car has free parking. Will stay again when returning to Canberra.

Winter sun!

Lovely stay just overnight. We visited the Brindabella Winery for lunch, followed by birthday cake at my daughter’s place close by. Very convenient in Dickson. Lots of choice for light dinner and watched a movie in the lovely apartment.

This was hands down one of our favourite stays. Apartment was spacious, clean with a lovely atmosphere. Everything you could possibly need in an apartment from cooking to cleaning supplies, coffee tea and milk. Beds were very comfortable, we didnt use the outisde balcony but its lovely area with a view. Although the apartment is in the heart of where restaurants and shops are, there was no noise issues when we slept which was great. The parking was about $6 for 24hrs and we parked right near the entrance underground. Cant recommend this hidden gem enough and our host Helen was lovely to communicate with if there was any questions.

Location is everything

We stayed here for a friends weekend to visit an exhibition in Canberra. Very pleased with our choice. Immaculate apartment with everything we needed for our short stay for 2 people. Close to shops and restaurants (they’re basically just downstairs and out the front door) Helen is friendly and responsive. Thank you.

Ideal place, perfect unit

The property was incredibly clean, spacious and well decorated. The property manager's communication and assistance with questions was perfect and meant we could plan for our quick trip at short notice in comfort. The beds were incredibly comfortable and ammenities were tremendous. We will be booking next time we head to Canberra for sure. Highly recommend for couples and families.

Great Location

The location was perfect. Close to Supermarkets, Restaurants, Fast Food Outlets & the Light Rail. The parking was a bonus. Easy to get to all the places we wanted to go to. We loved how quiet it was. It's the quietest place we have ever stayed in. Would come back again.
