Je suis globalement satisfait car l appartement se trouve trÚs proche du centre ville de cancale ,malgré qu ils soit payant des parking sont disponible .
Concernant l'intérieur de l appartement , il est bien équipé et joli mais il y a plusieurs points à revoir notamment le canapé lit qui est cassé , j ai été obligé de dormir sans le déplier par peur de le détériorer davantage , le grille pain est hs mais c est un détail ,des endroits comme la porte de salle de bain cÎté intérieur sont sales,un tapis serait le bienvenu pour éviter un risque de glissade .
Malgré tout je solliciterai à nouveau abritel .

Nous venons de séjourner 3 nuits dans l appartement cosy.
L appartement est joli, moderne, avec une bonne literie.
Points négatifs : Odeur de moisi dans l appartement
Remontée d'odeurs d égouts
Canapé inconfortable.
Beaucoup de fourmis
Oreillers sans forme.
Parking du port payant (forfait de 10âŹ/24h)car pas d accĂšs au logement en voiture.
Porte coulissante d entrée difficile à fermer.
Espérant que ces points négatifs seront améliorés car l endroit est à visiter nombreux restaurants.

superbe region
bonjour, sur la location, quelques remarques, pas de tapis de douche, par contre un sale humide pres de la.poubelle!!, le plastique qui recouvre la table coupé à de multiples endroits, pas de protection sur le lit, ni sur les oreillers, pas d'ustensile pour cuisiner, dommage car les poeles sont pour l instant en bon etat, le volet de la porte d entree n'est pas facile à gérer, pas trouvé les cales en bois

L'appartement est trÚs bien situé, dans une petite rue trÚs calme.
TrÚs bien équipé.
Petit point négatif, nous avons dormi dans le canapé mais pas vraiment confortable pour les dos fragiles...
Le lit double de la chambre est convenable.

Emplacement ideal à proximité du port et des restaurants.
Cependant travaux de gros oeuvres à 1 metre 50 de la porte d entrée.
Réveillés chaque jours a 8h et impossible de rester dans l appartement en journée car bruit +++
De plus il y a un appartement au dessus et pas d isolation, on entend chaque pas que font les voisins du haut. ... Dommage que l on ai pas été prévenus des travaux.....
