Comfortable holiday home in Cancale

Stone house full of character with red woodwork, Les Phares du Haut Bout was completely renovated in 2021–2022. Upon entering the house, you arrive directly in the living/dining area with a view and access to the garden. The living corner is equipped with a 3-seater sofa complemented by an armchair so everyone can relax after a day of sightseeing and walks. For your meals, you can comfortably sit around the round table. In the adjoining independent kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare delicious dishes.

House with two bedrooms on the Emerald Coast

The house can accommodate up to 4 people in two bedrooms with storage, located upstairs. One, overlooking the garden, is equipped with a 140x190 bed, the other, facing the street, has two 90x190 beds. On the ground floor, the house has a bathroom with shower and a single-sink vanity. The WC, also located on the ground floor, is separate.

One of the assets of the house Les Phares du Haut Bout is its pretty south-facing landscaped garden stretching in length. In fine weather, you will find garden furniture to enjoy outdoor meals and deckchairs to relax. It is also an ideal play area for children!

logement dans un lieu calme avec mitoyenneté du jardin. La pièce de vie n'est pas très grande la cuisine a tous les ustensiles nécessaires. Les chambres sont parfaites, malgré un escalier un peu raide pour les enfants.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het huisje is eenvoudig ingericht, maar van alle gemakken voorzien, de bedden liggen goed. De eigenaars zijn gastvrije, vriendelijke mensen. Ze verbleven tijdens onze vakantie in het huis naast ons en kwamen af en toe een praatje maken. De ligging is perfect, vanuit het huisje zijn 2 mooie stranden op loopafstand bereikbaar. Port Mer is een fijn familiestrand met 3 plekken waar je kunt lunchen, avondeten of een ijsje kunt halen. Wandelen langs de kust is een aanrader, om elke hoek zijn weer mooie uitzichten. Naast bezoekjes aan St.Malo en Cancale hebben we een kookworkshop gedaan (in het Engels) bij Mary Margaret van My Cancale Kitchen , dat was echt heel erg leuk. Onze zoon van 12 heeft zich daar ook goed vermaakt. Al met al komen we hier graag terug!

Ein schönes, klassisch bretonisches Haus mit schönem Garten und netten Nachbarn. Alles ist vorhanden und die Wohnung war blitzsauber. Zwei sehr schöne Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar, viele tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Landschaften der Gegend sind mit dem Auto ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Ein besonderes Lob an Jannick, die äußerst freundlich Check In und Check Out begleitet hat, gute Tipps für den Ort hatte und uns sofort alle nötigen Utensilien für das mitreisende Baby zur Verfügung stellte.

Maison sympa pour une famille avec un jardin assez grand et bien situé entre une plage familiale et une autre plus sauvage, toutes deux accessibles à pied. Équipements neufs dans la cuisine et salle de bain, accueil par Jannick très gentille. Nous recommandons fortement.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll und exakt wie in der Beschreibung. Ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet und fußläufig sind zwei Strände erreichbar! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!
