Our cozy penthouse is located in Playa Las Caletillas, located in the area of Las Caletillas in the municipality of Candelaria, about 15 minutes by car from the city of Santa Cruz.
In the surroundings there is a promenade where you can admire the sea and also other beaches in the area such as Playa de Cho Víctor and Playa Charco del Musgo or Graciliano.
Most of the beach is pebble, but it also has areas of black sand and gravel, especially in the area of the shore.
The best thing about the beach is the tranquility that you breathe since the occupation is usually low, except in the summer months when it can be moderate but never at the levels of the most touristic and frequented beaches on the island.
In the area of Las Caletillas you can find several restaurants serving typical food, fresh fish, paellas among others from which you will undoubtedly leave very satisfied.
The accommodation
Magnificent two-bedroom penthouse vacation home. Spacious, modern, and very well-equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
It has a large terrace with extraordinary ocean views where you can enjoy the sun, fresh air, and stunning sunrises and sunsets. It has an awning and a chill-out area where you can have breakfast al fresco.
The master bedroom has a 1.60 x 2 m double bed, a small closet, and a dresser.
The second bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m double bed, a clothes rack, and a dresser.
There is a full bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet.
It has a living room with a 1.20 x 2 m single sofa bed, which integrates with the chill-out area on the terrace.
The kitchen is integrated into the living room with easy access to the terrace and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, blender, and everything you need for everyday use.
