This entire property is a PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY. Please keep it clean, so that none of the guests have a problem.

Also we maintain our property and apartments with love and care, please treat it with respect and like your own home.

All our flats are fully ventilated and has loads of natural sunlight, with huge sliding windows with mosquito nets, for you to overlook the streets and the greenery around.

All the flats are equipped with a working kitchen, Queen sized beds, Clean rooms and bathrooms with basic toiletries.

We also provide In house menu, especially curated for our guests. So if you don’t want to cook, simply give us a buzz.

» Smoking-
We strictly prohibit smoking on the bed.
Please smoke outdoors or smoke with windows open. Please use Ashtrays.

» Safety and Security-
There is 24x7 surveillance cameras installed throughout common spaces and outdoors.
(Safety is top priority)

» Pool-
(Pool is OPEN 24x7)
- No Diving!
- Pool depth is 6 feet and shallow end is 4 feet.
- Please swim at your own risk.
- Kids should not be left unattended in the pool.
- No drinking or smoking inside the pool.
- Please take outdoor shower before and after swimming.

» Housekeeping-
We provide everyday cleaning on request.
Housekeeper timings- (9:30 am-4:30 pm)

( Tipping is advisable, as it goes a long way)

- We provide Linen change after 3 nights.

In case if its very dirty, please inform the hosts immediately.

- Although hard stains will be charged accordingly.

» Unregistered Outside Guests and Visitors are not allowed at the property.

» Security Deposit:
Before every check in, we collect a security deposit of Rs. 5000/- at the apartment.
The security deposit is refundable in nature if no damages are caused to the property.
Our apartments are run with a lot of love, care and vigilance. We request all our guests to take care and enjoy this apartment as their own.
This would be truly be their, home away from home.

» Illegal Activities
Illegal activities (Drugs/ Escort Services or engaging in activity against the law)
are strictly prohibited.

If any guest is involved in the above mention activities, the host reserves a right to call the local police and register a complain with them.
This would also mean immediate suspension of the stay without any kind of refund.
