5 minutes walking to Candolim beach (600 m), located in the ever so hip and happening area of Candolim, yet nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood is this fantastic 2BHK apartment located on the first floor. Beaches like Calangute and Baga are a quick 4-6 min drive. Vagator and Anjuna can be reached in 10-15 mins. A 3-4 minute walk gets you popular restaurants like Fisheman’s Cove, Jambalaya, Vaddo 15, Tomatoes. This pool facing apartment offers dedicated workspace and fast WiFi.
The space
The complex:

Be struck by a true Goan Vibe, the complex is lush green with tropical plants and swaying palm trees. An expansive swimming pool with cabana’s provide for a true tropical Goan experience.

The living space:

The living space is vibrant and open, offering a comfortable seating with a 5 seater sofa, plush cushions and a center- table. Equipped with a 32 inch TV with Amazon Firestick to enable you to watch your favorite shows on NetFlix, Amazon Prime, Disney Hotstar and the likes! Cosy lighting to keep you relaxed and comfortable. The living space has an attached balcony for fresh air and sit out.

Kitchen:

A spacious kitchen is available that comes with an induction plate, Water purifier, refrigerator, microwave, toaster. For the cooking enthusiasts, the kitchen in well stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, dinner set, glassware and everything one might possibly need for basic cooking.

Dining Area:

Featuring a four-seat wooden dinette allows you to enjoy wholesome meals with your loved ones. Table mats, Dinner set and cutlery is available for your comfort.

Bedroom Space:

Apartment Astral offers two full size bedrooms with king size beds. All bathrooms are ensuite with the bedrooms. Comfortable mattresses, cotton linens and pillows have been provided for your comfort. Each bedroom comes with a window air conditioner, ensuite bathroom, private balcony with sit-out space that is pool facing. Both the bedrooms feature dedicated workspace and the fast 150 Mbps Internet connection helps you work with ease. The pool view from the balconies provides a soothing place to relax sipping on morning tea/coffee or enjoying your evening drinks.

Parking:

A shared parking space is available within the complex. Security is available 24x7 at the apartment complex.

Wifi:

150 mbps, strong WiFi, you are covered!. Perfect for people who want to relax as well as work from home.

Mobile Networks:

Goa can be a pain specially for mobile connectivity. The apartment does have weak signals for providers like Airtel.Jio works the best.

Invertor back up:

Lights, fans and WiFi can be operated in case of power failure and the invertor provides backup of upto 4 hours. For long power outages, the complex does provide generator backup.

Security:

The entire outdoors and common spaces of the complex are covered by surveillance cameras. 24x7 Security available at the complex. For extra care, we have installed personal outdoor cameras at the entry of the apartment.

And now some things to note:

Smoking:

Strictly no smoking indoors, we are strict on this, if found smoking inside a fee of Rs 1500 will be charged as cleaning and purification charges. Please use the balcony’s and outside sit-out area which have equipped with Ashtrays

Food:

Did we tell you we had a full stocked kitchen! If not, plenty of eateries near by, all within walking distance of 4-5 minutes. Zomato and Swiggy have excellent coverage in case you want to order in.

Security Deposit:

We love our apartment and hope you will too. Please take care of the apartment and enjoy it as if it was your own. Make it your little home away from home There is a security deposit of 2500 on every check in. The security deposit is refundable, subject to no damages in the apartment.

Other things to note

Car/Bike rental can be arranged. Guests are requested to provide valid ID proof at the time of check-in along with the refundable security deposit.
Mother earth is looking at us! To contribute to sustainability. The bed sheets & towels are changed once every 3 days if it’s a long stay. Housekeeping is done every 3 days and caretaker is available from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
