- Located in the quiet, modernist town of Canet de Mar- Just 5 minutes from the beach- Ideal for families wanting to enjoy a relaxing stay by the sea- Early 1900s house full of charm, preserving original wooden beams on the ceilings and a traditional inner courtyard- Inside, on the ground floor, there’s a spacious and bright living room with sofas, a TV area, and a dining space, with direct access to the patio. On this floor, there’s also a full bathroom with a shower.-The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make your stay easy and comfortable.

The house retains its original character with wooden beams and layout while also being fully adapted to offer maximum comfort. It has everything needed for both short and long stays
It is located in the center of Canet de Mar, next to the local market, shops, and restaurants, and just a 5-minute walk from the beach
The house features a traditional inner patio perfect for enjoying meals with total privacy – shaded by an awning during the day and ideal for a fresh dinner in the evening. There is a barbecue for you to use. The kitchen has direct access to the patio, making it very practical. In this same patio, there is a toilet and stairs that lead to the upper terrace.
Up on the terrace, there are 3 sun loungers to enjoy the sun or the pleasant Mediterranean climate, along with an outdoor shower to cool off

(Departure). - City tax: must be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card.Cost of tourist tax: € 1 per person and every night, maximum 7 nights and only for people over 16 years old- Deposit: will be made upon arrival through credit card pre-authorization.- Signature of the house rules.- Signature of the temporary tourist rental contract.

   HOUSE RULES   
- It is not available to groups under 25 years old.
 
- The Rental Contract of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted upon reservation and will be signed before the closing ceremony.
 
- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.
 
- All persons making the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity card. They will be requested before and during the welcome.
 
- During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult; they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
 
- It is also necessary to remove the garbage periodically to avoid odors and brutality. There are containers in the street, very close to the house.
 
- Between all of us we have to respect and preserve the resources we have. If you please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
Waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
 
  IT'S NOT ALLOWED   
- Host or invite more people than those registered on the reservation form.
 
- Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 21:00 and before 09:00 in the morning.It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours.
 
- Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour.
 - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. 
We have a service to rent pool/beach towels. 
 
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property.In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
 
- Electric vehicles cannot be charged using the house power
 
- Groups of students are not allowed.

- No pets are allowed

 We are very strict with the rules because the houses we help manage are not located in tourist areas. Properties in the urbanizations very quiet and we want (we need) to preserve the coexistence between visitors and residents.

 GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE TOWN   
The house is located in Canet de Mar, a charming Mediterranean town with a strong modernist influence. The concentration of modernist houses and elements makes a walk through the town an enchanting experience.
The town maintains a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, offering a wide range of options for all tastes: from cultural visits to gastronomic experiences and long beaches where you can find peace and tranquillity.
The town has a Tourist Information Point where you can follow the Modernist Route, with visits to the houses, and also learn about the Medieval Castle of Santa Florentina, where scenes from the famous series Game of Thrones were filmed.
In the neighbouring town of Arenys de Mar, there is a shopping centre with several supermarkets and a cinema, as well as a fishing port with restaurants where you can enjoy rice dishes and fresh fish.
Canet de Mar is a town located in the northern part of the Maresme coast, well connected by motorway, road or train.
Just 1 hour by car from Canet de Mar, you’ll find the lovely city of Girona, another popular tourist destination known for its famous old town and cultural and gastronomic offerings, as well as the iconic beaches of the Costa Brava.

   BARCELONA   It is about 40 minutes by car.Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate within the city. For more information, you can search in your search engine ZBE Barcelona (Zona Baixes Emissions)IMPORTANT: Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the criteria of the DGT’s environmental label.
