The apartment was excellent.

Great location, easy to walk out to the restaurants and bars and a few minutes from the beach.Small train to get you to the main square which is 3 euros return and the last on leaves at midnight. The property is well maintained and is of a high quality no need to take beach towels , pop up tent for the beach , body board and umbrella all provided by the owner. The only let down is no air conditioning but two fans provided and if you are a light sleeper it is above a small shop and next to a bakers who seen to have delivery every hour during the night! Getting to the property we paid 48 euros in a taxi from Perpignan airport as you come out of the airport turn left you will see a bus stop take the bus(no.7) into the town center for 1 euro 30 cents and then take the no.6 bus to Canet for the same price!

Un appartement bien entretenu et très bien équipé, avec un vrai accueil et tout ce qui est nécessaire pour démarrer le séjour. La douche était bouchée en arrivant mais tout a été très vite réglé. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont complets et la logia très pratique. La télé et le wifi fonctionnent très bien.

Annonce pas tout à fait conforme

L'appartement est annoncé avec 2 salles de bains mais il n'y en a qu'une avec baignoire et douche cependant. Par contre l'appartement est très très bien equipé tant en electro-menager qu'en vaisselle et il est idéalement situé. Nous avons passé des vacances agréables grace à tout cela. A noter l'amabilité du loueur très réactif à la moindre sollicitation ainsi que celle de la personne qui nous a accompagné pour l'entrée et la sortie du bien loué. C'est une location que nous recommandons et que nous pourrions à nouveau louer si nous souhaitons revenir à Canet en Roussillon.

Très bel appartement

Appartement spacieux très bien situé

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Appartement aménagé avec goût. La climatisation très appréciable dans les chambres dommage que le salon ne soit pas climatisé, même s'il y a un ventilateur silencieux sur pied. Plage superbe eau chaude et limpide à 2mn à pied avec restaurants à proximité. Parking très appréciable vu les difficultés pour stationner. Propriétaire et Ilse (personne sur place gérant l'appartement en l'absence du propriétaire) très disponibles et accueillantes.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille (5 personnes) pendant les vacances de la Toussaint dans ce très bel appartement, bien situé (proche de la mer et des commerces). L'appartement est très bien équipé, lumineux et bien agencé . Patricia, qui nous a remis les clés est très agréable. Nous le recommandons.

Très bonne location

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette location à 4 personnes. Appartement très spacieux et lumineux avec tout le confort souhaité.Très grand balcon fermé par des fenêtres coulissantes (ce qui est pratique en cas de Tramontane) avec vue superbe. La climatisation dans les chambres est silencieuse et efficace. La localisation est vraiment top avec boulangerie à 50 mètres et tous les commerces souhaités dans un rayon de 500 mètres. La plage est à à peine 500 mètres donc la voiture est restée pendant tout le séjour dans le parking car nous n'en avons eu besoin que pour faire des visites dans l'arrière-pays. Les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants et attentionnés, et Patricia, qui nous a accueillis, est très accueillante et souriante. Merci pour ces vacances reposantes

A Wonderful Place to stay

We enjoyed our stay in Canet and the wonderful Apartment. Everything was in a very good condition and clean. It is a very short way to the sea and you stay in a pretty quiet and chilled area of Canet with a little Supermarket at the corner.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Madame d'Ambelle. Il est très lumineux, confortable, fonctionnel, et à l'état neuf. Rien ne manque pour se sentir comme chez soi tant il est bien équipé. La vue sur les Pyrénées est superbe. Madame d'Ambelle a eu le soucis de nous demander si l'appartement nous convenait et si tout se déroulait bien. Un grand merci pour sa bienveillance. Nous conseillons cette location. YT

Très content

L’accueil est très chaleureux et une fois les clés en votre possession vous êtes vraiment comme chez vous. Appartement très bien équipé, lave vaisselle ,lave linge, four ,micro onde etc etc, bref tout le confort comme à la maison même si on en à pas nécessairement l'utilité en période de vacances. L'appartement est également très bien situé, facilité de se garer derrière l’immeuble, pleins de petits commerces à deux pas et une très belle plage à moins de 2 minutes à pieds de l'appartement. Bref si je devais passer mes prochaines vacances à Canet j'essaierai de louer à nouveau cet appartement.
