Superb studio apartment + sleeping area, sleeps 3 on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with elevator and private swimming pool.
Entrance leading to a bathroom with shower, toilet, in the corridor there are bunk beds, a living room (140x190cm sofa bed), open equipped kitchen (fridge, washing machine, microwave), terrace with beautiful sea view .
Air-conditioned apartment.

Ideally located close to all amenities (shops approximately 50m away).

COMMON SWIMMING POOL: open from mid-April to the end of September, subject to the prefectural drought decree
