Note: We have to do some routine work, especially landscaping, mowing, and pool maintenance. We'll always message you before coming back into your space, we'll never bother you early or late in the day, and we'll do everything we can to make intrusions as quick and quiet as possible, but some things must be done.
NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features five exterior security cameras: two in the front of the house facing the front entry/yard, two in the back of the house facing the back entry/yard, and one in the pool area facing out. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces. When activated by motion, they record video and sound. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected.
