The space

• All employees follow social distancing rules wherever possible, wear masks in public areas and regularly sanitize and wash their hands.
• The villa is thoroughly disinfected after each check out.

LOCATION:

The villa is within walking distance to Berawa beach and Finns beach club. It is also located in the heart of Berawa which translates in a one minute ride to gourmet restaurants, trendy cafes and supermarkets. There is a mini mart within walking distance and a park perfect for jogging and outdoor workouts close by. Check the villa's guide book for recommendations on where to go and what to do nearby.

THE COMMON AREAS:
• Walk through a cobblestone pond to arrive to your very own 450m2 private oasis.
• The villa has all the amenities you will need to immediately feel at home plus much more including a 10m private pool and a separate pool table room.
• The open living room area overlooking the pool has 41 inch satellite TV with 60 channels and speakers and is the perfect hang out place for a relaxing afternoon.
• Next to it lies the kitchenette with all basic amenities you might need for cooking with its bar table and dining area.

THE BEDROOMS:
• Bedding arrangement: you can choose between 3 double bedrooms or 2 double and 1 twin bedroom (2 single beds)
• The villa has 3 identical spacious bedrooms with glass doors that overlook the pool area with the master bedroom being separate from other room.
• The distinct wooden Balinese décor gives them a homey feeling. They all have aircon, mosquito net, safety box and separate dressing space plus an open air bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower (3 in total – one per bedroom).
• They also feature separate office space, while there is a wooden box with mosquito repellents in case they are needed.

• Accommodation for up to 7 people. For more than 6 people, we will include an extra bed per person. Please input number of guests in booking request.
