Consisting of in-house and outside experts in food and water safety, hygiene and infection prevention, and villa operations, I’m redefining my cleaning and safety standards. The rate includes all of the following:

• Airport transfers both ways (multiple pick-ups / drop-offs available for same group bookings) in comfortable air-conditioned vehicle

• Complimentary breakfast per guest each morning of your stay. For other meals you simply pay for ingredients at cost (with receipts supplied) which works out approx USD6-USD8 per person depending on what you order. It is a very cost-effective way of eating for when you don't wish to eat out at the excellent restaurants nearby, the chef is excellent!
• Car & Driver available 8 hours per day (excludes petrol) - Suzuki APV or similar for up to 8 adults including driver. The driver will work extra hours for just USD5 per hour
• Complimentary 1 hour Balinese massage for each guest (minimum 3 nights booking) – perfect for unwinding and relaxing after your journey

THE VILLA ESTATE
The Jessica Estate was designed for large groups in mind and consists of 9 luxury bedrooms (with 11 beds flexible accommodation including 7 king beds and 4 x adult singles or 9 x king beds for example) with air conditioning along with 6 bathrooms with high quality vanity units/fixtures & fittings.
There are 8 bedrooms in the main house. On the ground floor level one, there are 2 x large king bedroom suites each connected via a door to a twin bedroom of 2 x single beds, ideal for parents who wish to be close to their children. Each king bedroom shares a large bathroom with bathtub and shower (indoor and outdoor) with each twin bedroom accessed via the twin bedroom.
On the upper level of the main house, there are 2 very large king bedroom suites each benefitting from a large ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower and 2 further king bedroom suites.
Finally, there is a separate and very private standalone chalet style king bedroom suite with ensuite bathroom.
There’s a large open plan living, entertainment, dining and kitchen area as well as separate outside dining area overlooking the stunning pool. There’s a guest bathroom with shower connected to the living area. A large 20 metre x 4 metre swimming pool (child & non-swimmer friendly) is situated in the tropical garden area along with outdoor daybed, sun loungers, entertaining and BBQ area. For young families, we can provide a pool fence with safety gate preventing child access to the pool area at s small extra cost. A BBQ is available for use.
AMENITIES & RECREATION
The Estate has the benefit of the huge 20m x 4m swimming pool, it’s simply stunning and one of the best villa pools in Bali!
Rest assured there are lots of other interesting things for guests to do at the villa or nearby such as swimming or lazing in the 20m x 5m swimming pool, in-villa spa treatments, surf lessons, horse riding on the beach, cycling through the rice fields, boogy boarding in the nearby sea, Treetops Adventure Park, Waterbom Water Park, Elephant Park, etc. The comfortable living area contains a large Smart TV with Netflix.
