The ground floor forms the social hub of the villa with the lounge, dining and kitchen facing the pool behind glass sliding doors which can be closed for air-conditioned comfort or opened to enjoy the natural outdoor breeze.

The relaxed lounge, furnished with a large, L-shaped leather dark sofa and wooden table floored with luxury carpet, is just the place to get together and watch movies from many satellite channels or DVD player on the large flat-screen TV or enjoy some music home theater sound system. The sofa has two reclining seats which can be set up as comfortable beds.

The open-plan dining and kitchen area features a dining table for six with calm lighting which looks lovely lit at night. The modern kitchen is fitted with dark worktops and is well equipped with burner, oven, double refrigerator, microwave.

Outdoor

The fancy garden with inviting 8.5 x 3.3 m fresh water swimming pool is flanked by a pale Palimanan stone deck furnished with cushioned sun loungers and features a shallow shelf for those who would rather chill than swim. On the edge of the pool, a cute balé (gazebo) appears to float on the surface of the water and provides a comfortable escape for guests seeking respite from the sun.

These outdoor living are connected directly with two lower room, main lounge, and kitchen, separated with sliding glass door on each, gives easy access for all activities. The master bedroom is just located right on the top of the circular edge of pool side.
