The apartment is located in a private residence located at 17 Edith Cavell Street, the most central location in the epicenter of Cannes, close to Rue dâAntibes and tons of bars, restaurants, and shops : La Croisette, Palais des Festivals and the beach are accessible at a short walking distance too.

The apartment is very close to the center of Cannes and is very easy to find. Once you are settled in, it will be very easy to walk across the city (i.e. you do not need a car).
Once you are in front of the residence, the garage will be accessible by a lift. The apartment is on the fifth floor of the building on the right-hand side. The residence has a secured entrance.

Expedia officially mentioned there are 2 bathrooms, but in fact, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.
There are no running hot water from 3rd night to next morning without any notice.
Me and my staff had to use cold showers in the morning in December.
Kind of these situations, not really much to business travelers.
If familyâs trip for 2 person, I strongly recommend this apartment, owner was very kind, helpful and always replied very quick.
View from the apartment was amazing, vey clean and easy access to most of signature spots.

Holpriger Start mit happy end
Der Kontakt mit dem Manager vorab war sehr gut ,die Infos sehr ausfĂŒhrlich und alle Fragen wurden zeitnah beantwortet.
Deshalb fanden wir es sehr enttĂ€uschend erst eine halbe Stunde vor Ankunft zu erfahren das die Garage somit der Parkplatz nicht zur VerfĂŒgung steht.so etwas ist nicht absehbar aber die ParkSituation in der Hochsaison im Zentrum von Cannes ,braucht keine ErklĂ€rung.
Der Vermieter war bereit die Parkkosten im nĂ€chsten Parkhaus zu ĂŒbernehmen.
Zum GlĂŒck hatten wir FahrrĂ€der dabei und haben das Auto nicht mehr vor Abreise bewegt:-)
Nach der ersten Dusche stand dann das Bad unter Wasser,auch das hatten wir uns anderes Vorgestellt. So etwas muss eigentlich dem Reinigungsteam auffallen und nicht erst dem Gast.
Aber auch hier hat sich die Managerin sofort drum gekĂŒmmert und der Klempner kam aber wir mussten das nicht beaufsichtigen.... :-)
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und bietet alles was man braucht. Top Kaffee incl.!!!!
die Klimaanlage bei den fast 40grad hat die Wohnung schnell abgekĂŒhlt.
FrĂŒhstĂŒck haben wir auf der Terrasse mit der superaussicht sehr genossen,da konnte kein Cafe besseres bieten!!!!!!
Vom Bahnhof der unmittelbar in 5 min zu erreichen ist kommt man super gĂŒnstig nach Nizza,Minaco,etc......
