With a surface area of 39 m², this rental comprises :

- a bright living area with lounge and dining room,
- a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge),
- bedroom with 160x200cm bed,
- bathroom with bath and WC,
- work desk,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron,
- TV, Wifi,
- air conditioning, radiators, smoke detector, clothes hangers.

→ Some spaces have a reduced ceiling height, especially for tall people.

The apartment does not have a private parking space, but plenty of free parking is available nearby.

Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10 pm.

A management fee of €507 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e
