This is a charming and bright apartment, beautifully furnished, with large terrace, swimming pool, secure parking and 5 mins walk to beach. It is in a small modern residence. It is on the second floor of the building and has a lift and stairs.
It has a large open plan living-area, a dining area, a separate kitchen, and separate hallway entrance. The apartment has air conditioning throughout.
Both bedrooms have large double built-in storage with shelves and wardrobe. Both bedrooms open onto a sunny balcony overlooking the pool. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has twin beds. They are very quiet for sleeping.

Fabulous stay in a great location

We booked this apartment for 9 nights with our 2 children ( 7 & 4). The apartment is lovely , very spacious with everything you need and is really secure . Canne la bocca is 20 min from Cannes on foot and 4 mins on the really convenient train from le bousquet , we used the train multiple times and found it really good with lots of people to help. The apartment has 2 bedrooms that can be closed from the living room and the kitchen is really well stocked , coffee machine , washer , freezer, pans and utensils even Tupperware . The beach which is 5 mins by foot was lovely , quiet but shallow and great for the kids on an evening. We really enjoyed our stay , the apartment is well Situated in the town and has fantastic boulangeries on the doorstep . It was a really lovely French town with not many tourists , which we loved . Anne was an amazing host and helped so much , her recommendations for food where brilliant and she helped straight away with extra linen when needed and a problem with the key fob. Thank you Anne. If you want a French holiday in a secure apartment with all the essentials this is for you .

Property/ Location

We couldn't have been happier with this property. It and its location is exactly as advertised. It is ideally located and close proximity to public transport allowed us to enjoy Cannes and all it and the wider area has to offer. The host provided great 'tourist information' was extrememly helpful with transport options from the airport and was accessible throught the booking process & during out stay. We look forward to returning.

Pleasant stay

We have arrived to Cannes la Bocca and our agent kindly left the keys in a special locker at the gates of the apartment block which was ok but it would have been better to meet the agent face to face as I was 20 seconds away from the property. Later on I have asked questions in English as my French is not good enough. I consistently received responses in French sometimes in form of voicemail which is not helpful at all. At least with the written responses I was able to use google translator which was a bit of a hassle. Other than that agent was responsive to our inquiries. The apartment was clean and tidy and air conditioners worked perfectly. The tow single beds were pushed together to make a double bed but we needed two single beds. I separated them but struggled to find suitable bedding. So I improvised with what we had in the wardrobes. The balkony was tidy however its floor needed a good we cleaning. We still enjoyed our accommodation as it location was good. Close to amenities and to the beach.

Really liked the apartment. I went with 2 friends and plenty of space and 2 balconies. Very quiet well maintained residential building. Very familiar with areas as been visiting Nice/Cannes for 20 years. Close to train station, beach, shops restaurants. We walked into Cannes centre which took approx 45 minutes but equally can get train. Had contact with the host prior to visiting who immediately responded to all our queries. We were disappointed with the quality and quantity of towels in the apartment supplied by the company who manage the property. We did raise this with the company

6 days summer holiday

The property is ideally located near to the beach and train stations. Le Bocca has less restaurants and bars so we headed for Cannes most nights. The flat is very equipped and spacious. Would thoroughly recommend.

Dejlig leglighed, og spĂŠndende strand.

En lys og ren lejlighed med gode senge samt en dejlig terrasse. KlimaanlÊgget fungerede perfekt, hvilket gjorde det behageligt at opholde sig i lejligheden, og fÄ en god nattesÞvn- selv i de 30 graders varme som der var under vort besÞg. Nem adgang til en spÊndende strand og indkÞb, og betrykkende med sikker parkering til bilen, dog lidt besvÊrligt med garagen i kÊlderen. Med 2,5 km. til Cannes centrum kan vÊlge at gÄ eller tage bussen hvilket fungerer helt perfekt.

Nice, spacious and well equiped apartment

We had a great time in this spacious apartment. It's cool inside thanks to the central airconditioning. The outside terrace is great for dining and we often used the bbq. The pool is small but nice to cool off after a sight seeing or beach day. At night it's quiet and no street noise is heard in the bedrooms. The location is excellent for exploring this part of the French coast. The great bakery and a small grocery store are within 4 minutes walk. We did not like the nearby 'shopping' street as it is a busy road with unattractive shops and fast food restaurants. The walk to central Cannes is too far and alongside a busy road, especially for a night out nicely dressed it's recommended to take the bus (1,50 euro). Busstop is at 3 min walk from the apartment. There is also a beach in 5 min walk, nice but very few space on the sand as it are mainly rocks. For a larger sandy beach you'll have to walk 20-30 minutes. All in all we do recommend the apartment, especially as a starting point for exploring the area by car or public transport.

Perfectly located and excellent all round. From pre-holiday contact to final checkout, the process was seamless with prompt and helpful responses from both the owners and the local agent. The location is perfect – quiet neighbourhood with everything very close by – beach, shops, restaurants, and excellent train and bus links. You can easily travel to other parts of the Cote d’Azur and inland to beautiful perched villages like St. Paul de Vence from here. This is a beautiful, spacious apartment that is fully equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed the large balcony where we often dined out in the evenings. The air con, good WiFi and underground parking were a godsend. You are spoilt for choice with the various sandy beaches that run all along the 5 km coast here from Cannes to Mandelieu, many offering water sports and snack bars. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beach, which is terrific as parking is limited on the beachfront. We often visited the lively restaurants in the Old Port area for dinner, which is a leisurely 30 minutes walk along the beach – or on occasion we took the short bus ride (7-10 minutes). All in all, we had a great holiday here and plan to return.

Been before... Got cancellation again ! It's popular. great sized apartment in central La Bocca is so easy to navigate& all the essentials on your doorstep. Also great market.. Get there early. Post office is in this area as is a Boules park where we sat in the shade & watched this ubiquitous national pastime. We've noticed the area developing with a very welcome trendy cafe /restaurantLe petit New York. Grt upbeat vibe-music. Serving yes burgers ( yum) And steak tartare! Grt quality & almost half the price of downtown or beach side restaurants but hey your in Cannes.... Definitely have dinner on the seafront.. Sand underfoot beautiful sunset utterly romantic. We went to a new place-name escapes me but it's at cabin 15 as u walk towards Cannes. On the other end we can recommend La Cabonon land mark cabon 33. Lunch only I think. Temporary bus stop at Church takes u into Cannes in 10 mins 1 euro 50 ! Best stop for shopping La Croisette for Rue D'antibes (je t'aime!) & lots of streets off it. Rue D'Antoine in evenings bursts into action with loads of restaurants... They can b pricey. Look at other streets for same quality less cost. The whole coastline can be explored by train. On this trip we did very little but you can go all the way to Vintimille on SNCF. Which has a great big colourful crazy market. ITs easy to hang out in this apartment. lovely bright fresh decor. Balcony is big enough for bar bq & is near enough & far enough away from the low hum of daily French life. I noticed a new sofa/ lounger & 2 chairs. It's nice to see standards maintained. Previously I didn't pay much attention to the pool as sea is so close by but it's lovely. Quiet & clean. Highly recommend this place. Bonne Vacances !

Really enjoyed staying here

Apartment is really nice, makes you feel like you're living in a proper French community rather than a contrived tourist area. Location is great, 5 mins walk to a supermarket, great boulangerie, other shops and several restaurants, same distance to the beach which is lovely, especially late afternoon after a day out. Transport to central central Cannes is easy by bus or a pleasant 40 minute walk. Trains to all over the area easy from Cannes station of local Cannes La Bocca station. Apartment very comfortable, nice balcony, large lounge and decent kitchen. Pool on the complex is nice too. Air con works really well which is a bonus when it's hot outside.

Praktisk och ren lÀgenhet, nÀra till allt.

Ren lÀgenhet i ett lugnt och bra omrÄde med mataffÀr, apotek, bageri runt hörnet. 5 promenad till havet,10 min promenad till mysig badstrand. Vi anvÀnde faktiskt aldrig poolen dÄ vi hellre gick till stranden. Snabb och bra service av fastighetskontakten Carol och hennes son Troy. Bra garage. Vi tog taxi in till Cannes centrum en dag, vilket kostade ca 10 euro. Bra lÀge för att utforska rivieran. Vi trivdes vÀldigt bra och skulle kunna tÀnka oss att komma tillbaka. Det enda negativa var att man fick hushÄlla lite med varmvattnet nÀr alla fyra ville duscha efter en dag pÄ stranden, varmvattenberedaren var lite för liten.

YOU'LL LOVE IT

Quite simply, the apartment exceeded our expectations...and then some. Spacious, relaxing, comfortable, indeed a home-from-home. By the way, no picture of the pool does it justice: an absolute cracker, sun virtually all day and if you're lucky (as we were) you might have it completely to yourselves, as the permanent residents don't seem to use it. WE WILL BE BACK.

A Second Fantastic Stay...Superb!!

My wife and I are just back from a second wonderful holiday in Cannes at this apartment. This time we were there in the Winter months. As before, the owner was very helpful, offering lots of advice and helping us with any questions. The local agent continues to be very pleasant and attentive. The express 210 bus transfer from Nice airport to Cannes is efficient and quick or if you arrive by train the new, stylish train station is a great transport hub. The apartment is warm and cosy in Winter. This time we ate in a bit more often and we found all the facilities in the apartment made this an easy option. The local supermarket and boulangerie sell quality produce which is fresh and tasty. The boulangerie in particular is a delight with its wide selection of fresh baguettes, cakes, pastries and good coffee. The people there have good English so there is no need to worry if your French is scratchy. We love this apartment. It is clean, modern and beautifully furnished. The complex has all the benefits mentioned after our last stay - small, secure and well maintained, with pool and underground parking and an excellent location. Downtown Cannes and all that it offers is easy to access from the apartment. The location is a short walk from the train station and is on a high frequency bus route so it is easy to do day trips to many lovely Cote d’Azur locations. We found the great tranport system made a car unnecessary. This time we discovered the fantastic Vintimille Friday markets where leather goods and cashmere are abundant, wandered the narrow, cobbled streets and art shops of hilltop town St Paul de Vence and enjoyed seeing the urbane, well dressed residents of Beaulieu sur Mer go about their daily lives as we sipped our drinks on the boulevard. We are return customers to this lovely apartment and I’m sure we will continue to stay there whenever we have the opportunity to come back to Cannes. Ian & Alison Ross Sydney, Australia

Perfect Holiday

We have recently returned from a wonderful holiday here, Sept 2017. The apartment is situated in an excellent location – walking distance to beach, train station, shops, and market, yet in a quiet spot. The apartment has everything you could need. It was clean, well maintained and furnished to a high standard
home from home really. We popped around to the local boulangerie for fresh croissants to start the day. We enjoyed many evenings eating out on the terrace or enjoying the many lovely restaurants in Cannes. We took two train trips one to Nice and another to, Monaco and over the border to Italy for the Friday market. We also spent time just chilling by the pool. The owner Anne and the local agent Carol were very helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back here.

woning prima, locatie minder vanwege verkeer

de woning is van alle gemakken voorzien, de keuken vonden wij niet zo schoon de rest was prima, de woning ligt aan een best drukke straat, waar veel verkeer doorheen rijdt,, het went wel een beetje maar niet ideaal wat ons persoonlijk betreft. de locatie om trips te ondernemen is prima, je loopt zo naar het station en naar het strand. genoeg winkels in de buurt voor je dagelijkse boodschappen, restaurants wat minder. we hebben wel een fijn verblijf gehad verder.

In die Jahre gekommene Wohnung, nicht sauber

Die Wohnung sieht leider auf den Bildern anders aus. An vielen Stellen könnte sie etwas renoviert werden. Zudem liegt sie an einer zwar kleinen, aber sehr befahrenen Straße, auch das sieht man auf den Bildern nicht. Zudem mussten wir die KĂŒche erstmal komplett sĂ€ubern, da in den Töpfen noch Essensreste am Boden klebte und die GlĂ€ser noch AbdrĂŒcke am Rand hatten. Am Tag unserer Ankunft hat der Fahrstuhl nicht funktioniert, was bedeutete, dass wir unser GepĂ€ck von der sehr kleinen und engen Garage erstmal in den 1. Stock schleppen mĂŒssten. Am Tag darauf funktionierte er vermeintlich wieder, bis wir darin stecken geblieben sind. Positiv waren der Pool und die Anlage, die sehr sauber waren. Der versprochen Strand liegt zwar nah, aber ist winzig, dreckig und direkt an einer Bahn bzw. Straße.

Muy buena relaciĂłn calidad precio para una vivienda bien equipada y situada.

La descripciĂłn de la vivienda se ajusta a la realidad, tratĂĄndose de una casa que dispone de todas las comodidades para pasar unas buenas vacaciones en un entorno privilegiado como Cannes. El transporte pĂșblico es muy accesible tanto en bus como en tren y hay suficientes comercios y restaurantes en los alrededores. Sobre la proximidad de la playa, es real, pero con marea alta es prĂĄcticamente inexistente, aunque es muy extensa y siempre hay zonas en las que disfrutar del sol y del mar. Destacar la amabilidad de los propietarios como de la agencia que se encarga de la gestiĂłn del apartamento.
