THE APARTMENT

- Two other bedrooms with double bed and storage, one of which with a TV, both sharing a second shower room with toilets.

Access to the property is within 4 minutes on foot from the Cannes train station.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Once you step out of your building, located on Rue Bivouac Napoléon, within less than a few minutes you will be able to:

- Take a leisurely stroll along the Croisette seafront and go for a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-control boats.

- Do some shopping in the upscale boutiques along the trendy Rue d’Antibes.

- Reach the steps of the iconic Palais des Festivals.

- Take a train ride along the coastal Riviera and discover the spectacular landscape.

- Explore the medieval district of Le Suquet.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

There are bus stops at the foot of the apartment building.
The train station is 4 minutes away on foot.

Free parking is available in the same street as the apartment and there is a public parking not even 1 minute away on foot.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
