Stunning views, great place, heated pool

Villa "L'Aigo Claro" - the "clear spring" not only gives our dream on the hillside its name, but bubbles a few months a year and feeds the pools and the pond with the beautiful Koi's, before the water runs on to the neighbor and helps there a wonderful vegetable garden to bloom. We, the Huber family with our four children and dog Sally were able to spent our holidays there for about 20 years.

Wonderfully oriented to the south, on seven levels, on the spacious estate with almost 3. 000 square meters always a nice place can be found. Whether in the shade under the magnolia tree or at the other end of the heated pool in the sun, there is a place for every occasion. Breakfast on the upper terrace, lunch at the pool, dinner next to the barbecue house. No matter where, there is always a fantastic view of the coast to Cannes, the hills of Provence and the Lac de St. Cassien possible.

Two bedrooms in the upper area, a spacious apartment with up to 4 beds, another room with pull-out sofa bed and a gorgeous pavilion with two more beds, located in the garden, invite you to stay. Two separate toilets, two bathrooms with shower, a large, fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining area (with wooden fire place) or conservatory - a TV corner and free Wi-Fi are available.

In the garden and courtyard are lemon and orange trees, cherry and khaki tree, olive and fig trees, roses, herbs and much more. An automatic irrigation ensures that nothing dries up and a pool heating for pleasant bathing temperatures, from April till Octobre, if the sun should take a break. The terrace at the upper house is shaded with an electric marquise and the upper entrance gate opens with remote control.

It is the combination of many small and big things, the relaxing tranquility, the enticing scents of Provence, the breathtaking panorama and the beautiful property that you will enjoy as we do, as we are sure.
