Windrush - Close to Beach & Downtown!

On a quiet street between downtown Cannon Beach and midtown Cannon Beach is Windrush. Close to everything and only two blocks to beach, this classic home is still a quiet oasis even in the summer. With 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, generous kitchen and dining area and a covered upper deck - this home has it all!

Designed with a reverse floor plan, the inviting entry hall leads you to three bedrooms downstairs (two with queen beds and one with a twin bed and twin trundle) and a family room with a deck off the side. The picnic table on the patio is a great spot for lunch when the weather is too nice to be indoors. Along with the three bedrooms and family room on this floor, there is a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer to make that chore easy for you!

Upstairs is the main living room, dining area, and kitchen which all flows into one great room. The living area is warm and welcoming with a gas fireplace for warmth and ambiance. A perfect, comfortable spot to watch a movie, read a book, or just catching up on conversations with friends.

The kitchen has plenty of room for more than one cook, and since it's a great room you can keep all the cooks company. Lots of room for dining, and the deck is just off the dining area. Imagine yourself on that deck with your morning coffee, or sharing a glass of wine with friends and family during “happy hour.”

The spacious master bedroom is on this floor, providing you with a queen bed, sitting chairs, and an attached bath with a soaking tub. If you need some quiet time away from the family or your friends, you've found your place.

Beautiful property and lots of room to spread out. Very clean and quiet! Close to downtown and the beach, so easy to walk to all of the wonderful places around. Kitchen had just about everything one could need (other than icemaker was not working). Lots of towels, extra linens, blankets and air beds. They had lots of extras like games and such. We had one issue when we arrived with the shower door being off the track but management was quick to respond and had it fixed quickly. Literally the only complaint was the twin beds were VERY uncomfortable- all of the rest were great. One thing for others is that other than the master bedroom, all bedrooms are on the ground floor. The main living area and kitchen are also upstairs with a lot of steps in between the floors. We loved the place and the management was available by text/call anytime and was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!!

June 2024 Summer Family Vacation

Wonderful house! We spent a week here on our family summe 2024 vacation with our 2 young adult daughters. Home is very close 2-3 blocks to the town of Cannon Beach and the Beach with access to Haystack Rock! We walked everywhere, which was awesome. Flew a kite we bought on the beach, so fun. Bonfires on the beach at night, and of course made s’mores! Loved the fans in every room, and the gas fireplace that we used often. All the comforts of home, cooked many meals right at home; went out to eat a couple times. Played cards. Highly recommend this home!
