Nice hotel with clean room and friendly staff. Location has good links to Airlie beach, but not much around hotel.

The property was decent for a short stay. The room was nice and clean. Staff were lovely. The pool was very cold and we were shocked that the spa was the same which was disappointing. The property had a restaurant on site that offers a decent breakfast at an extra cost but we found the regular menu for lunch and dinner was quite pricey along with the alcoholic beverages. Nice and close to the local shopping centre and very short drive or walkable to Airlie beach. Easy parking.

Nice pool setting area & garden, fantastic buffet breakfast & even better dining. Shower glass wasn’t clean, a lot of soap scum. There was no room service but if you need clean towels sets ask at reception.

Issue with out room however promptly compensated. We also had to leave early due to a death in our family. The hotel refunded the rest of our nights. The hotel is well kept, the food is fantastic and the staff are really nice. We’ve stayed elsewhere before this hotel takes the cakes
