The Space:
Tiny Balloon House overlooks broad-acre wheat and canola fields for vacationers to enjoy nature's seasonal views, located just 2 hours away from Canberra. Nearby Cowra Japanese Garden and Canowindra Balloon Festival, held every year. A comfortable accommodation with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.

The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower. It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

If you plan to spend your tiny house NSW retreats here, please bring your basic necessities during your stay. We ask that you bring biodegradable products to ensure that greywater runoffs flow easily and do not harm the environment. Thank you!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the tiny house and the surrounding areas, including the swimming pool and campfire area.

- Golf Club Chinese Restaurant is a fabulous Chinese cuisine that serves your favorites such as won tons, dim sims, beef & black bean, honey soy chicken, and chow mien.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking allowed on the property
- Fresh eggs are available for breakfast
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Please don't enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Balloon flights are also available for an additional fee and must be pre-booked through our website

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our compost toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
