Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.
Prepare to be wowed!! With 180° spectacular views of Canyon lake. Stone pathway to the waters edge where you can sit and relax or take a dip. Watch the boats and catch a great sunset!! (Quiet residential area, quiet hours are enforced.)
Walk into the foyer of this multi level home and let the stress melt away! The upstairs living room has lots of windows allowing the natural light to fill the space with gorgeous lake views. The living room boasts 2 leather sofa and a leather chair, a great place to relax after a fun filled day on the lake. There is a sliding glass doors taking you out to the covered deck with seating to take in the scenery! The dining table seats 4 and there is an island with 4 bar stools in the fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home including a washer and dryer. Guest bathroom right off the kitchen/living room for convenience. This property has a Propane grill.
The spacious master bedroom on the lower level has a king size bed, with an en suite full bath with a soaking tub and walk in shower, relax in the nook on a chase lounge and Keurig coffee maker and take in the great views of the lake before joining your guests. Off the master bedroom is a 2nd living room with sofa, smart TV, wet bar and seating with a sliding glass door onto the lower deck with amazing views. Half bath just steps away. 2 more bedrooms on the lower level 1 with a king bed and another with a queen bed. Guest bathroom located next to these bedrooms. 2 more bedrooms on the upper level. 1 with a queen bed and the other has 2 twin over twin bunkbeds, great for the kiddos. Guest bath located near these rooms as well.
Great for family get-together, no parties allowed, quiet residential neighborhood with quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 am. Space to park 5 vehicles. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of some homes are monitored by video camera.
With boat ramp 6 just down the street, it's easy to get the jet skis and boat out on the water for an afternoon of fun and relaxation with your family and friends (currently closed). After your day on the water come home to spend the evening entertaining on the decks. Take your morning coffee on the deck and watch the neighborhood wildlife- deer, birds, and foxes, visiting the feeders or looking for handouts. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. NO PARTIES NO SMOKING NO PETS. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
