Neighborhood Description:

The rustic property is situated in the Canyon Lake reservoir, recognized as "The Jewel" of the Texas Hill Country. Its picturesque location and charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. Nestled on the Guadalupe River, it makes a great place to enjoy the great outdoors and relax. White-tailed deer, roadrunners, foxes, and other wildlife can be spotted along the river.

Canyon Lake is known for some of the bluest waters in the state and outdoor recreation, including hiking trails and parks. It has eight park areas to camp, swim, boat, and picnic. Bank fishing is also available. A par 72 golf course with well-kept fairways and hills is situated in Canyon Lake. The course boasts a stunning view of the lake and live oak trees. If you venture further out, there are several high-end golf courses all within driving distance (< 35 minutes)
