Living up to its name, this two-story, family-friendly condo sits directly on the Lakeside Golf Club, turning into the perfect home base for avid golfers! The open floor plan on the first floor makes it easy to enjoy each other's company no matter what–even the chef of the group will be there to share fun times with you all. The living room is the perfect place to create everlasting memories. Equipped with comfortable furniture (two recliners and a sofa), a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with streaming services, and direct access to a private balcony, this is the place to be.

The kitchen is well equipped with all the essential appliances and cookware to show your guests how much you love them by treating them to a savory meal. There is a convenient six-person dining table near the kitchen to make mealtime even more convenient. This level also boasts a small laundry nook with a washer/dryer combo and a half bathroom.

Upstairs, you'll find the two bedrooms available in this condo, each one with an ensuite full bathroom. Only the main bedroom offers access to a private balcony.

Due to recent increases in water levels some boat ramps have been opened on Canyon Lake. Boat ramps #1 and #2 are open for free, public use. Boat ramps #14, #17, #18 and #19 are also open but do charge a fee for entry. For the most up to date water levels and ramp openings please visit the mycanyonlake website.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
