Our ancient farmhouse has been recently converted in a magnificent Holiday Home with private pool by very talented architects. Original Cotto floor, wood beamed ceiling, a lovely fireplace and the original Tuscan furnishings offer our guests the true Tuscan feeling.
Here you can really enjoy the magic landscapes, the sunny vineyards, the fabulous food and wine, the extraordinary quality of life... the Italy's Dolce Vita.
You can combine Tuscan living with the opportunity to visit the main towns of this so celebrated region: Lucca, Florence, Siena, Pisa and many other places so wealthy of history and art.
And than you can reach the Mediterranean sea and explore the famous 5 Terre on board of a sailboat, from a very unique point of view.
The villa is located into a small village between Lucca and Pisa. The position is centrally located for excursions to the more famous towns in Tuscany but also to the sea with its long sandy beaches.
The local area is lush and green and nature is characterized by olive groves, vineyards and woods. In the small authentic villages, it feels as if time has stood still.
The villa has a pleasant and nice furnished veranda with barbecue, from here you have views of the countryside and the 2000 m2 large enclosed garden. Here you will find the 6 x 12 meter swimming pool with a variable depth of 1.20 to 1.40 mt. The pool is completely private is kept open from May to October. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
The house is on four floors and has been restored with great care to preserve the original details. Although the house is equipped with all modern comforts. It consists of:
Spacious living room with sofa and satellite tv / stereo, dining room with fireplace. A couple of steps leads up to a large well equipped kitchen with access to the garden (gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, American coffee maker), a bathroom with shower, a storage room with washing machine and ironing equipment.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, a bathroom with shower. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
On this floor there are wooden beams in the ceilings.
There is air conditioning and internet wifi, parking inside the property.

A few meters from the main villa there is a detached annexe of 60 m2.It is on two levels and consists of:
Living / dining room with kitchen corner (gas cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave), bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a double room with sloping roofs .Air conditioning.

On request we organize cooking lesson and dinners with our chef.

The price includes linen, towels, electricity, water, gas for cooking and final cleaning.
The deposit Eu 500 must be paid cash at arrival.
