On entering, you will be greeted by an entrance hall with cupboard. The L-shaped living room of 27m2 opens onto a wooden terrace of around 9m2, equipped with a table, chairs and a small garden. The 8.35m2 fitted and equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, a 4-burner ceramic hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
On the first floor, a landing leads to the following areas: a first west-facing bedroom of 9.94m2 with a 160x200 bed, a second east-facing bedroom overlooking the garden of 9.80m2 with a 140 bed, and a bathroom fitted with a bath, washbasin and toilet.
The tiled garage is equipped with a washing machine and is ideal for storing your bikes, pushchairs or golf bags. An enclosed garden shed is reserved for the owner's personal belongings.
