The entire house is yours to enjoy, including the large backyard and garage.

The property has a self-check-in system allowing guest freedom to come and go as desired. That said, I am available throughout your stay and will respond immediately to any concerns or needs you might have.

This Beach House is in a very private residential area so during the week the beach is basically all yours. Beautiful clean beach with nice waves.
The entire beach in Cocoa Beach / Cape Canaveral was just given a gorgeous facelift this past year with tons and tons of new sand added for your pleasure.
Being centrally located you can either walk down the beach to some of the best restaurants on the Pier in Cocoa Beach or walk directly to the Port in Cape Canaveral.
This home is between the Port where the Disney and casino ships sail from and the Cocoa Beach Pier with its many restaurants and attractions. We are minutes from the Kennedy Space Center and you can watch those launches from the privacy of your own balcony. Less than an hour`s ride to Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, etc. 45 minutes from Orlando Airport. We are the closest beach to Orlando Airport.

Nearby offers: fishing charters, boat and jetski rental, Brevard Zoo, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Helicopter Tours and more. Activities: wind surfing, surfing, surf lessons, golf, parasailing, kayaking, and more. Cape Canaveral Community Center has a splash zone, gym, basketball court and more (2m drive or 8m walk).

Located in Cape Canaveral, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the beach. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the Owner and Property Manager for accidents or claims arising from swimming. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this Waiver and they acknowledge it as a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Hosts.

Great Location

This is a unique property with very interesting decorations. It’s a great location, half a block from the beach, in view of the Space Center, and in a nice neighborhood. The hostess was very responsive.

Wonderful beach house for your next vacation! Couldn't have asked for a better location - practically on the beach. There are too many amenities on this property to list. Some of our favorites included the balcony and ocean views, the game room, and the fantastic resort-style yard. We didn't need to ask for anything, as the house was well-stocked and the owners were very helpful in providing information throughout our stay. You and your fellow beachgoers will love the comfort and beachy vibes inside and out!

Perfect Getaway

We had a group of 8 stay in this house for a week. It was only a 20 second walk to the beach, with all of the amenities you could ask for. Sandi kept us updated on the activities in the area such as the 2 launches that took place. Highly recommend!!

Amazing house, beautiful view!! Lots of space, very clean a 2 minute ( if that) walk to the beach. I would stay forever if possible. Sandi is great with communication. Can't say it enough how great our stay was, will definitely stay again.

Highly recommend this VRBO. The host was great to work with. The house is as described. Fully stocked house to feel like home. Very close walk to the beach, and a very nice beach at that. Keep in-mind, non-service animals are not permitted on the beach.

Had my wedding here.

My stay was truly wonderful. Sandi ( the owner) thinks of everything! She also kept in touch with me through out my stay to let me know of local events and check in! The house literally had everything! More than enough plates, bowls and everything else in the kitchen to be comfortable. She has these wonderful binders on the kitchen counter listing everything to do in town and local food.menus!

Perhaps the coolest vacation home I’ve EVER stayed at!!!!!!!

I could fill 3 pages of why this home is AMAZING, and i would love to come back with more family, as we only used half the beds! Not a bit of sand indoors on our arrival, just as beautiful as the photos show, gorgeous view of ocean from kitchen area and master bedroom at top of house (be prepared to climb stairs), large yard, clear water in jacuzzi, tons of lizards and anoles, one yard back of the beach, very close access to most picturesque beach entrance, best beach of the 3 cocoa beaches we’ve been to (way better than the Pier), listing does NOT DO THIS HOME JUSTICE!!! Yes, lots of beachy items decorating the house , but we LOVED IT ALL!!!!!! Were able to find extension cords, small tool, gazillions of towels, working washer and dryer, fridge, freezer… you will be Blessed if you ever get to stay here! It will SPOIL YOU for everywhere else.Best communication I’ve ever had. Thank you for making this incredible home available!!!!!!!

Rocket Launch

The house was the perfect location to view a rocket/space launch from Kennedy Space Center. Just a short walk out to the beach to see and take pics of it. It was a short drive to the space center. A short walk to the ocean. Lots of restaurants and shopping. We even went and had tarot card reading. The house it self had very comfy beds—the two King beds anyway. Lots of stairs in the house. They were carpeted— no issues. The kitchen was spacious and had all the necessities for cooking. Lots of eccentric items throughout the house. Lots of nice surprises with the decor. Ocean view from balcony and third floor master bedroom was amazing. Lots of cruise ships passing by also. Hot tub was nice and warm and clean. Lots of items/toys for children. Would stay here again.

Family Celebration

We found this listing while looking for a place that would fit our 13 member family. This was the most perfect house! Everyone enjoyed the house, the proximity to the ocean, the abundance of entertainment activities in the house and for the water. Being in a tourist area, there was plenty of activities in and around town also. The hostess was so welcoming, informative, and generous with her house and belongings. Every room was organized and very clean. She also had notebooks with things to do and places to eat as well as organized information on procedures to keep up with the house. The outside seating area was like adding a whole extra living space. This vacation was to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and the hostess surprised us with congratulation surprises. She is so generous and thoughtful. If the whole family would come down at the same time again, this is the first house I would try to book again. The views and location are perfect.

Great location, you'll be at the beach in less than five minutes and with the beach chairs and towels and umbrellas and beach buggie to carry it all, they make it a breeze for you! Wonderful!!! The beach is great, not too crowded and tons of shells. The bottom floor has a lot of things to do also, so you won't be bored. The owner of this house wants you to feel at home and even makes sure to walk through and explain the house and the area. The cons: the decor is a bit much for a beach house. There's a lot of knick knacks and everywhere you look there's another statue, but once you get past that, it's a great place. The Appliance's were all relatively new, but they were all quirky, directions would've been helpful, but they all worked for the most part. A lot of things advertised as usable toys were broken, no surf boards and only a couple boogie boards that worked. Overall a great beach house!

Too expensive

Great balcony view from 2nd floor and good location nice yard. Has roaches in the kitchen. We seen them every night. The 2nd floor pullout couch looked like it had faeces on in and something living in the mattress. We quickly closed it and didn't use it. 2 out of 6 bikes work. 20 pole sticks but only one has the tip. 1 out of 20 body boards are in working condition. The 19 are all the cheap foam ones and are all broke minus one I left. Beach is full of seaweed and jelly fish. We had 6 stings in the week. We did get charged for a surf boardthat was already breaking and it broke. Birds have a nest in a sofit watch out when sitting there. Place also smelled like animal urine till we cleaned it.

Great location, great host, all the amenities for a beach day

Sandi and her house were wonderful! The house was an easy barefoot walk to the beach. It had everything we could ask for in a beachside vrbo-bodyboards, surfboards, bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach carts. The house welcomes kids. Downstairs in the game room our teenage kids spent the evenings playing a basketball hoop game and on the pool table. We had a long list of popular DVDs to choose from on the one rainy day. Closets are full of little kid toys. There were two rocket launches while we were there and Sandi was great at telling my group about them and even reminding us about them. I cannot say enough about Sandi. She was so thorough in her visitor information. She sent us emails with details about the property, area golf courses, fishing charters, restaurants, and surf lessons, and much more. We used her recommendations often and were not disappointed. When I enquired about sailing, she went out of her way to get me information. This was months before I met her. The house itself feels huge. Plenty of room for our group of 10. The layout was perfect. The kitchen had a great view of the ocean. I could actually watch my kids surf as I prepared meals. Every morning I watching the sun come up from my bed. Sandi was generous in so many ways. I won’t give details as I don’t want to create expectations, but please know she impressed us over and over again with her generosity.

Perfect for ALL ages

The proximity to the beach is worth everything! My group was my 90 year old grandmother, my parents in their 60s, my husband, and 2 and 5 year old. Each morning my youngest and I did the quick walk to the beach (1 house over and down a quick side walk) for sunrise that was absolutely my favorite. The surfers were fun to watch and we just sat and enjoyed the beauty. It’s also worth mentioning that the sunrise is beautiful from the deck on the main floor and the windows of the third floor master! It’s close enough to go back and forth as often as necessary. Sandi has literally everything you could possibly need and the very best part for us was the beach equipment and towels. She has umbrellas, chairs, a wagon, a beach cart and everything you need to spend the day at the ocean. Honestly, anything you need, Sandi will have at her beach home. She was quick to respond to any questions I had and the best part was she alerted us to a launch that we got to watch from the beach on our last night. My family made lasting memories! My grandmas favorite part was the cotton candy skies at night. We hope to be back!

family beach trip

This beautifully decorated, 3 story home was well stocked with every amenity for all ages, with a view of the beach which is a short 1/2 block away. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. Our greatest challenge was to keep the crawling babies and toddlers safely away from the 15 steps stairs in-between floors and for us older folks who are used to single story. It is not a space for large dogs because of the many beautiful fragile decor throughout the house and does not allow dogs on the beach. We had already decided not to bring the two family Labradors before we knew of these details. There is much to do close by and plenty of sitting areas indoor and outdoor, for just doing nothing. Thank you for letting us use your beach house.

Everything was Perfect

Everything was Perfect and near everything that was needed for my family the home was prepared with everything that was needed !! The house was excellent and the set up perfect!! The property manager was excellent with all the information that was needed and very professional!!!
