Indulge in a stay at this perfect oceanfront complex for your next vacation and watch the cruise ships come and go from the balcony. Fully furnished and equipped, this second floor one bedroom/one bath getaway will spoil each guest with the dreamy ocean view. Royal Mansions is situated on a 700 ft stretch of little-used beach just south of Jetty Park and about two miles north of Cocoa Beach and Ron Jon Surf Shop. Plus it feels secluded, yet is just five minutes to the cruise terminals and gambling boats. You might just be lucky enough to see, hear, and feel the excitement of a space launch from the boardwalk or the beach. On-site amenities include an oceanfront pool and hot tub, a private walkway to the beach, wireless high-speed internet, umbrella tables, and barbeque grills! Not to mention the queen bed, pull out sofa-bed, large bath with dressing area, and walk-in closet will have you feeling right at home in no time.

What's nearby:
You can get a great look of the surrounding area at the Exploration Tower, just under two miles away. Not far from there is the Cape Canaveral Lighthouse, where guests can take a tour and learn more about the area's space exploration heritage. The Manatee Sanctuary Park (one-and-a-half miles away) provides a lovely retreat and a chance to view one of Florida's most protected animals. If you're looking to go fishing out on the water, guests can find many charter options at Port Canaveral just two miles away.

Great Quiet Location
Great beach location and a clean well kept property. Very secure. Added bonus of being able to view cruise ships coming and going and missle launches from the Cape.

We enjoyed our month at this property and would probably rent again. But we would recommend a deep cleaning. Some of the furnishings were a little bit tired, and could use some updating. There is a nice community, and we often observed live entertainment at the pool. The view and access to the beach where exactly has listed. It’s also in a nice neighborhood for walking and biking, as well as regular encounters with a flock of peacocks :-)

Great location and was nice. Would strongly have the bed replaced and put a king bed in there. Bed was terrible so one of us had to sleep in the pull out.

Excellent location on an uncrowded beach.
Loved access to the beach and the condo community. The antiquated shower faucet in the tub/shower and lack of a grab bar there for safety were only negative issues.

Our condo was infested with roaches. No one we spoke to saw this as a major inconvenience or realized they could return home with us or spread to the other units in the building. We did receive monetary compensation but we also canceled our booking for next year.

Just the highlights: WiWi only in the lobby, no shuttle service, no help at the front desk. If you are traveling with children - stay away from this hotel. And don’t go into the pool. Enough said. Too bad there are no zero stars in this evaluation.

Nice place with a view
Small condo that is a great size for a couple. Sitting on the balcony provides a nice view of the beach. Location was quiet and clean. Others mentioned the shower control, the handle is very sensitive, we were ok adjusting the water first. Location of the washer and dryer is in the building at the far corner of the parking lot Property managers were great with questions an quickly provided a new chair for the balcony. We had a wonderful time and will return.
