Condo was clean, well furnished, and in a good location. However, there was no view and no access to the outside from the condo. Back windows faced a shed and alley with trash cans. We found out that only the one bedroom units face the street and have a balcony as seen in the picture. The shared roof was at the top of a long staircase. The roof was hot and uncomfortable in the sun. View of the bay was blocked by tree tops. The town itself was very nice. We enjoyed shopping and restaurants.
We had a great stay, the location couldnât be better, and being new everything was very nice, very clean, very comfy, nice retractible blinds, fireplace if needed, beautifully decorated, great storage, smart TVs, large ice maker and washer/dryer if needed, and the travel kitchen/bath supplies was a plus. We didnât get the correct door code for the outside entrance, (different than the apt code) so some frustration upon arriving after hours, and after asking about the rooftop- it was added to the listing that it is indeed a shared space, although it was empty the two times we did walk up, great view of the boats coming in. And probably a beautiful sunset spot. If you rent a golf cart there are two outlets behind the property to charge, just not much space to park more than one. We had no issues finding parking out front. There is also a nice outdoor shower behind the building. The apartments seem very well sound proofed, as we never heard our neighbors, or any kids/pets. Plenty of storage all over the apartment, which was a nice surprise. There was no cookie sheet for the oven, but we made do with foil, and no whisk, or liquid measuring cups (just for those cooking in) we mostly ate out, the E & O (Kellyâs) Pub and Deadrise were our favorite dinner spots. Highly recommend -as our family of 4 (2 adults and two tweens) thoroughly enjoyed this stay.
