We enjoyed the neighborhood and how close this property is to the marina and restaurants. The house was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed except a spatula which we bought and donated to the home. There were plenty of towels. We appreciated all the available dishes and every type of glassware. The pool area needs some love. There is no remote for the pool. So donât go looking for it as it says in the house manual to use it. You have to go around the side of the house and it was annoying to have to constantly monitor from there. The pool had not been cleaned. The spa had lots ofâŠ.. I contacted about the condition of pool and spa but never saw a pool cleaner come. The weather was cooler during our stay. We never were able to get the pool warm enough to swim. Even on the days in the 70âs. If we managed very closely we could get the spa usable for temperature.There is a broken lounge chair. We moved it out of the way so one would sit in it. Loved the views and birds around the canal. The house itself is nice. Lots of space for our family. Plenty of bedrooms. Only complaint was hard beds. Our primary bed was very hard. We almost went and bought a mattress topper but we toughed it out. We loved the nice big primary bath and walk-in closet. I also contacted about these little ants that would pop up out of no where. Donât leave your Dunkin Donuts on the counter! Not even for an hour. We learned the hard way. We reported.All and all, a good stay.
