About this Place

Welcome to our beautiful vacation home, Cape Paradise Villa! Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a heated saltwater pool and game room in sunny Cape Coral, Florida! Perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends, our house can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

The Space

As soon as you walk in, you'll be greeted by an inviting and stylish interior, with tasteful decor and furnishings that reflect the beauty of our coastal surroundings. The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the pool or exploring the area. It's equipped with a cozy couch, armchairs, and a 55” Smart TV, so you can catch up on your favorite shows or movies.

If you're feeling hungry, head over to the fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals with ease. The kitchen features modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table, which seats four people comfortably, or at the breakfast bar with additional seating.

One of the highlights of our home is the amazing game room, which features a full-size pool table, ping pong table, darts, smart TV, board games, and a seating area. It's the perfect place to have fun with family and friends, challenge each other to a game, or simply relax and hang out.

When it's time to rest, you can retreat to one of the three bedrooms, which are all designed to ensure a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a 55” Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has two large bunk beds. All bedrooms have ample closet space and are decorated with modern-inspired accents.

Step outside, and you'll discover your very own private oasis. Our backyard is a true paradise, with a heated Saltwater Pool and changeable colored lights. Enjoy a table with an umbrella, 4 chairs, and 2 lounge chairs to soak up the sun. There is also an outside dining set that can seat 10 people comfortably. If you're in the mood for a barbeque, fire up the grill and enjoy a meal under the stars.

We welcome pets, so you don't have to leave your furry friends behind. Our home is also smoke-free, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for all guests.

Located in a prime tourist area, our home is just a short drive away from some of the best attractions and activities in the area. Whether you're looking to soak up the sun on the beach, go fishing or boating, play golf, or explore the local restaurants and shops, you'll find something to suit your tastes.

Wonderful House

Our stay at Cape Paradise was wonderful! Vicky was a great host and responded to our inquiries immediately. The pool area was fantastic! We were outside every day enjoying the heated pool. We had everything we needed and more. We can't wait to go back.

Cape Paradise for sure

The home and property are beautiful. Glistening clean. Well cared for and maintained. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the welcoming neighbors. Absolutely pristine pool. We stayed for 3 months and would have loved to stay longer. Our host Vicky was gem to work with. If you have a chance to stay at this property, jump on it!!!

The hostess with the mostest

We arrived just before the hurricane. She had water, coffee, bread, peanut butter, and soda there for us. She called us prior to our arriving to ask if we wanted anything else in the home. She checked on us throughout the hurricane to make sure that we were OK. Then she waited until the end of our vacation to come back to make sure our stay was good and we had everything that we needed. The house was fully equipped with things you would need. The pool and patio was wonderful! The host was awesome!

Great stay!

Everything was very clean. Vicky lives next door and is very responsive to messages. We had some problems with the pool heat, but she addressed the problems right away. Had a gas and charcoal grill and both were very clean. There are no top sheets on the beds and no wash cloths, so bring your own if you use these items. Location is very residential, but we found it was an hour from many of the things we wanted to do down in Fort Myers beach/Estero etc. Nothing is within walking distance. Had our adult children and teen grandchildren for part of our stay. Would definitely recommend this home and would stay again if we are looking in this area.

Beautiful Getaway!

This property is just gorgeous! The house itself is beautifully decorated and simply immaculate. The gracious hostess, Ms. Vicky was so warm, kind and welcoming. The thoughtful touches she generously provided such as dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. were so helpful. The freezer even had an ice pack, "just in case." The sparkling salt water pool and it's patio was so inviting and provided a perfect entertainment space. There was even charcoal for our use! My family could'nt get enough of the awesome, well-stocked game room! Pool and ping pong were a hit! The neighborhood was very nice, quiet and just a short drive to neighborhood Publix', Walmarts, Dollar Generals, etc. This tranquil getaway was just what my family of 6 needed! We look forward to staying with Ms Vicky time and again!

Beautiful house, amenities need more attention

The check in process was very easy. Upon entering the home it was beautiful and clean. Ample space for everyone and the amout of outdoor seating was great. And the grill was great and we were happy to have it. The pool was not heated when we got there, and then would only be heated for 8 hours per day starting the day after arrival. I would suggest to ask about that prior to arrival if you stay here. There was plenty of cookwear, silverware and stuff like that. The dish washer was great to use as well. They have washer and dryer available. The game room was a big selling point for us, and could have been better maintained. The darts were unusable. The pool cues were nearly unusable. The only thing without issue was the ping pong table. So we wish more up keep was done for these amenities. All and all we loved the stay. The house size and cleanliness was great. Offered a lot, and in a great area close to grocery stores. We just had wished the pool was heated upon arrival and the game room was upkept a little better.
