This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. And is located on a gulf access canal and has a beautiful heated salt water pool and spa. It boasts an outdoor oasis with southern exposure and all day sun just waiting for you. The backyard is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Or maybe you want to grill up your favorite foods on the full size gas grill. Inside the home you will find an open floor plan. There are 4 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the bonus room. There are two master suites, a full size bathroom and a pool bath with an outdoor shower. This property is professionally cleaned by a Professional Cleaning Service that ensures extra precautions taken to sanitize the property between all rentals. If you enjoy night life, great dining and live music this home is conveniently located near great baristas, bars and restaurants, as well as some grocery stores. And if you want to enjoy some fun in the sun you are centrally located to some of the best beaches Southwest Florida has to offer. Perfect for your next getaway!

This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom newly updated home has a large full kitchen, all new furniture. Bedroom 1 has 1 king sized bed, 2nd en suite has a queen size bed, bedrooms 3 and 4 also have a queen size bed. The bonus living room has a sleeper sofa. Master bath has an oversized shower with two shower heads, one side also has multiple showering options. Second en suite has a walk in shower as well as the guest bathroom. There is also a 1/2 bath located by the pool with an outdoor shower. The kitchen has brand new appliances. The backyard which has southern exposure is fully enclosed with a large screened in heated salt water pool and spa area. There is a full sized washer and dryer for your use.

While enjoying your home away from home you will only be a few minutes from many parks, restaurants, bars, beaches and more.

Great Cape Escape

The newly remodeled property is beautiful and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to supermarkets and restaurants. The host is accommodating and super responsive. Great property!

Gorgeous, spacious, comfy home away from home

The pictures and property description are spot on! Heather was available for questions before and during our stay, and very responsive and accommodating for our family gathering/FL vacay. We enjoyed the lanai with the pool, hot tub and outdoor seating, and loved the extra perks of kayaks, beach chairs, fishing rods (though we brought our own), bicycles, and dock. Such a beautiful canal location, and close to everything. The house comfortably accommodated 4 sibling couples and has ample space for being all together or taking some quiet time! We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and restaurants, grocery stores, and airports. Will definitely stay again!
