If sunshine and relaxation are what you are looking for, this is your answer. Bring your family and friends to come enjoy this new home on a saltwater canal, with a heated pool/spa and lots of space for everyone. The backyard with the pool is southern facing so you get sunshine all day long! There are 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 living rooms and a full kitchen.
The house is equipped with bikes, highchair, booster seat, 2 inflatable mattresses, pack and play, pool floats, beach toys and more. We have fishing poles, sand toys, beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for you to use!

Explore the nearby beaches or stay home and enjoy the pool and have a BBQ. (There is a grill-you may need to purchase propane as needed)

The space is perfect for families, this Cape Coral home offers the full Floridian indoor/outdoor living with sliding glass doors that fully open from the living room to the lanai.
Sit in the shade on the outdoor sectional, lay on a floatie in the Southern facing pool or curl up in the family room for a movie.

This new construction home offers an open floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

You will have access to the entire house excluding the owner's closet which is located in the Master.

Non-Swimmers must be supervised at all times. There is a pool gate for you to use. if you would like it installed before your arrival, just ask and we will have it up!
This is a 100% smoke free property.
No diving in the pool.
No glass in the pool area.
No parties.
Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am.
Minimum age to book is 25 years old.
The guest who makes the reservation must be present the entire stay. We have installed a ring camera at front door and one in the garage that faces out. These both have been added for extra security for us owners and all of our guests. NO PETS allowed. There will be fine of $500 if this rule is not followed.

Wonderful Home!

Meg was great with communication, check in was very easy and no issues finding the house. The home is very spacious and well kept. We spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub which were wonderful!! Hot tub gets super hot and pool stays warm no complaints at all! The outdoor tv was a great addition as well. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thanks Meg!

Fun in the sun!

The home was above and beyond than what the pictures display! It has everything and makes you fell at home! Pool and spa were amazing, and the accordion door was a fantastic bonus at night. We even caught some fish as well. This house has everything you would need to make dinner, spend a day at the beach, or just relaxing. Communication was perfect and had no issues! Would definitely book again!

Birthday Trip Blast!

This was a last minute booking as my original one cancelled less than 2 days before, I really wish I would’ve seen this one from the beginning! The house was absolutely gorgeous, spacious for me and my 7 friends!! Great area, and we adored the pool area. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need - toilet paper, garbage bags, pots/pans, towels out the wazoo and spices! We will definitely be back.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at Megs home. It is absolutely a beautiful home with all the "extras" you could possibly need. We spent most of the time by the pool and the canal. We actually saw 2 manatees swim passed along with seeing turtles n tons of fish. The grandkids loved that. The area is very quiet and convenient to grocery stores and other stores. Meg was awesome to work with too. We will definitely be back.

Lovely Property

Loved spending Christmas and New Years at this beautiful, well-kept home! We spent most days lounging on the lanai and swimming in the pool. Our adult kids used the bikes daily. We appreciated the Christmas tree and all the little extras - comfy beds, laundry detergent, pool toys, etc. The home was clean (we’re picky!) and well kept. Amazing!

This home checks all the boxes, it is clean, comfortable, fully stocked with everything you would need and also the things you didn't know you would need! The decor is beautiful but also comfortable - you feel like you are in a home, not a rental. We enjoyed spending time in the house but most of our time was spent out on the lanai. We loved watching the Michigan State basketball game from the hot tub! Kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need to make family meals. I appreciated how everything was organized and the photos in cupboard doors so we could make sure we were returning everything to the correct place. Extra pillows, blankets, and the basket of throws were a plus, as the evenings got a bit chilly. The location is great - not far from grocery stores and restaurants but home sits in a quiet neighborhood. We took daily bike rides and my daughter run and always felt safe. We definitely recommend staying here and we hope to again! Very responsive hosts who are pleasant to work with. Thank you again, Barkers, for opening up your home. We made some great family memories at Cape Villa!

Fabulous Fall Break

We're grateful for the chance to spend fall break in this gorgeous home. It's a beautifully appointed home with lots of room to spread out. We appreciated the heated pool and being able to take evening swims after a day at the beach. Kitchen had every we needed and more. The best location

We absolutely loved the house. Meg and her family went above and beyond to make sure the house had absolutely everything you could need from linings, to kitchen products, to pool and beach toys. The kids loved the bikes provided and I even enjoyed a stroll down the street on one. It was a good driving distance from 3 different beaches that we visited and close to stores for groceries or shopping. Meg was always quick to respond. The house fit our family of 13 and with 6 boys that’s saying a lot! We loved everything about the house and you won’t regret staying here!

We had an amazing week making memories in this house! It had anything and everything you could want in a vacation rental. We flew in with our 7 children, so we didn't have much space for extras. This home had everything extra that we needed. The home is beautiful, spacious and cozy. We spent almost the entire week outside on the lanai or in the pool! If we are ever back in the Cape Coral area, we will rent this home again!

Spacious Get-Away

We absolutely loved staying in such a beautiful, spacious, open floor plan home. Plenty of room for adults and kids to enjoy indoor hang out and outdoor recreation. The master bedroom and bathroom was huge and such a good place to retreat in the evenings. The kids fished in the canal, we all enjoyed a nightly dip in the hot tub and daily swims in the beautiful pool. The fully stocked kitchen was a huge bonus. The host was wonderful and welcoming. We would definitely choose this stay again!

We come to Cape Coral 2-3 times per year. The house was great! We hardly spent any time inside except to sleep. We stayed in the pool and hot tub the majority of our trip. Everything was perfect.

The Perfect Getaway!

5 of us ladies needed a place to stay for our virtual Scentsy Family Reunion conference! We were so lucky to find Meg’s beautiful home. Communication from start to finish was perfection but when we walked into her home we were mind blown! This house is INCREDIBLE. We could have accommodated more than 5 if needed and Meg has thought of EVERYTHING. Every kitchen item you can imagine, junk drawer with scissors, tape etc. The BEST floaties (we LOVED the Flamingo)! Extra pillows, blankets, air mattresses which we didn’t need but so nice to have just in case! The house was SPOTLESS and we all felt 1000% at ease and comfortable upon entering the home. Meg has created an outdoor oasis including pool, hot tub, table, couch, and having a bathroom outside was amazing! We actually spent the majority of the time in the house and in the pool. The TV’s were all smart TV’s which was awesome for our virtual conference because I could easily mirror from my laptop to the tv. We were all very impressed with the furniture and how clean it was! It’s so nice to feel like you can unpack and feel comfortable utilizing dresser drawers. Everyone was comfortable sleeping in their beds, especially in the master bedroom. The home is a short drive to all major needs (groceries, restaurants, etc.) We were going to go to sanibel and was so excited for it but I think we brought NJ rain because the day we were going it rained the majority of the day. That said, the house truly allowed us to make the most of it and enjoy! Meg, thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness, you and your house was amazing, and we appreciate you so much! 5 stars all around is not enough!

This property is beautifully appointed and modern with the latest technology yet cozy enough to be a perfect home away from home. Gorgeous & organized home, perfect for families & relaxation!

A beautiful home, full of everything to make your vacation perfect -- with labels!!! From beach chairs to umbrellas, bikes, sand toys, pool toys... blankets (perfect for naps), toys, and coloring utensils for the littles, this house is perfect for families! The kitchen was full of all the things that made for an inviting experience to enjoy family meals with each other! From glasses, tumblers, kids cups, wine glasses, and tumblers with lids & straws all the way to a "junk drawer" with tape, scissors, post-it notes, and more, you will definitely feel "at home". Swimming in the pool, listening to the fish jump in the canal, and seeing the turtles swim up in the evening while watching the sunset, was definitely our favorite way to end the day! While here, our top 3 favorite things we did were: 1) Shelling at Sanibel Island: One of the best days of vacation, the beach was perfect and the shells were SOOOOO beautiful!!! Be sure to walk out a little way and you just may find a big conch shell! 2) Pirate Cruise on Ft. Myers Beach: Loved by all, even my husband, the Pirate Cruise was very interactive and perfect for kids! 3) The Boathouse Tiki Bar & Grill - Cape Coral (in the Yacht Club Community): This was SUCH a neat place, where we ate dinner on the beach, and watched dolphins during dinner -- the perfect way to enjoy our last evening of vacation. Don't pass up this rental, it's perfect & kid-friendly!
