Villa Pine Island is located in one of the most sought-after areas of Cape Coral. The house is centrally but quietly located in a beautiful residential area, close to all amenities like shopping, restaurants, fishing spots, boating, and a lot more. As a three-bedroom (new high-end mattresses in 2021) single-family home Villa Pine Island offers plenty of space.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything to prepare a wonderful dinner. For a single cup of coffee, you can use the Keurig machine, if you have some company, you can just use the regular coffee maker. The master suite offers a king-size bed and its own LCD TV connected to an antenna that offers plenty of TV and music channels. Enjoy the outdoor living at the screened-in heated saltwater pool that's inviting to swim all year round.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Access to the home will be restricted if requirements are not completed.

The house was exactly as pictured. We used the pool. It was clean and enjoyed. We used the house as a home base to visit various beaches and the Ford/Edison Estates. The house is close to a Publix. The host reached out to see if we needed anything via text. There was a notebook with maps and suggestions for activities, shopping and dinning which we found helpful. We took the recommendation for dinning at the Lobster Lady, which was amazing. Was a great vacation.

Peaceful stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was nice. The beds were memory foam and very comfortable. The host was communicative. The reason we did not give a 5-Star is the pool pump was not working so we couldn't use the pool. The interior is a little dated and dark. However, we would stay here again.

Great stay

Home was just gorgeous. Definitely a place to stay. Close enough to all beaches and sights in the area. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Ford and Edison estate is a must see as well as River district in downtown Fort Meyers. Pool is beautiful we did not swim a whole lot but it was nice to sit by pool in morning having coffee and play cards in the evenings. Communication with Mary was great she was available for any questions or concerns we had. Will definitely return.

Very Comfortable

First, I have to thank Mary and Bruno for being such nice hosts and making our stay so enjoyable. They are very responsive and made this process easy. They are A++ to deal with. We stayed in the house for 6 weeks and loved it. The house was very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and the people are friendly. We went for walks daily. The location is great. Very close to almost everything you would need. There are 2 nice golf courses within 3 miles from the house. We enjoyed the pool which was cleaned and maintained every week.

Hard beds and hidden fees

Nice place but undisclosed fee for electricity not revealed until after cancellation was not an option. Fee was not unreasonable but manner it was revealed left a sour taste that tainted the trip. Beds were far too hard and pool needs a rail at steps, unsafe for older adults entering the pool. Otherwise a nice place.

Winter getaway

The Villa Pine Island property was very nice. We were looking for a winter escape with our two grown kids. There was plenty of room for all of us. The pool was warm and clean. Everything in the house was very clean. The location of the house is perfect for getting to all the best destinations near Fort Myers. Any needs or concerns we had were addressed immediately. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Our stay in Villa Pine Island was fantastic! The house is equipped with everything possible to spend a comfortable time with family or friends.
