Lake Home With Heated Pool In Perfect Location

Cape Coral is the perfect choice for your beach vacation, and this home is ideally located for you to enjoy everything South Florida has to offer. The weather here in Cape is perfect, there is no crazy traffic as there is in other larger cities in FL, and there are tons of activities to enjoy.

There are amazing views of the lake from almost every room in the home. The oversized outdoor heated pool is located in a large screened-in lanai with a BBQ. The pool is south-facing, that means you will have sun all day. The home is located on a private lake with access to miles of canals. Use of 2 Kayaks, 2 fishing rods, and 4 bicycles are included with your rental. The home has 3 bedrooms. The master has a King size bed and the other 2 have Queens. There is also a foldout couch in the Family Room with a Queen bed. Vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, with plenty of couches to lounge around in and enjoy the views.

The living room has a fireplace and brand new 65" smart TV. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs (2 of them are also smart TVs). Use of HIGH speed Wifi, xbox 360 Kinect, DVD players, and cable TV are also included in your rental. The home has many amenities including washer/dryer,coffee maker, filtered water, toaster, blender, crockpot, board games, beach towels, life jackets and pool floats. Dock your boat on the private dock, or catch fish from the shore. Relax on the Lanai and enjoy the sun. If you enjoy cooking at home, all the utensils, pots/pans you will need are in the home. There is also a projection screen setup for the pool area. Watch movies in the evening while floating in the pool. Just bring your toothbrush and clothes!

*Please note there is a $50 per stay fee if you wish to use the pool heater to offset the significant electrical cost to run it.

The home is located near everything. Just a few of my favorite nearby attractions:
-Downtown Fort Myers, with all of it's great restaurants and nightlife, is an 11 minute drive/Uber away.
-Downtown Cape Coral is located 12 minutes away with great views of the river and a nice beach near Cape Coral Yacht Club.
-Sun Splash Water Park is a blast for the kids and is only 6 minutes away.
-Beautiful and fun Fort Myer's Beach is 33 minutes away.
-Peaceful Sanibel Island (#1 beach in the world to find seashells) is a 43 minute drive away.
-Pine Island is only 22 minute drive away (a very fun and eclectic fishing town).
-Siesta Beach (#1 beach of 2017 -Forbes Magazine) 79 minutes away.

The house was extremely clean, well equipped and good location. The lake view is delightful. The host was very receptive and available. The pool filter motor was broken. The host came over and tried to fix it but couldn't. We didn't use the pool and that was very disappointing. Other than that, it was a good stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The lake and pool are nice. The house was clean throughout and well maintained. Close to restaurants and groceries. I would recommend fixing the lights in the terrace and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. A bit of traffic noise, but other than that, perfect.

Spring Break

Flew down from Wisconsin for spring break, the house was easy to find, very clean and perfect for a home base to come back to everyday and relax. The pool is clean and warm. Property and lake is well kept. House layout is great for a family and has laundry and well stocked kitchen with all the dishes and cooking necessities. The road is very busy but manageable. The owner was super responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend this for your vacation.

Loved being on the lake - always a great view. We spent a lot of time in the lanai.There is road noise from Hancock Bridge Parkway that we did not like, but our white noise machine covered much of it while we were sleeping. Had everything we needed for cooking. (we did not use the gas grill)Matt was very responsive. The pool had some challenges - heating, no cover, evaporation. The pool cover might have been in the garage (we did not have access to the garage). Very enjoyable stay.

We were in town for a Baseball tournament and this was a great choice. The house was spotless! The pool and lake were perfect to keep our teens busy when we weren’t on the go. I’m pretty picky about where we stay and was super nervous but we felt so comfortable and were able to relax!

The owner was helpful and very responsive to any question we had. The home was beautiful, very clean and nicely decorated. It was a great addition to have kayaks and a canoe available for use. The only negative was the refrigerator should be replaced. The Florida weather made it very rusty. The owner said it was due to be replaced the week after we left. I would definitely recommend this location.

Three weeks of heaven!

We were delighted with everything at this location. The pool was beautiful, the view was gorgeous, and the rooms were spacious and clean. We very much appreciated chairs down at the dock, because we used them every day. There were games, books, and plentiful kitchen supplies. When we had a question, Matt was right there. We will definitely return.

Wonderful getaway

We enjoyed every moment staying here. The pool is very large and welcoming. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location was close to restaurants, stores, beaches, but felt very private even with it being on the main road. Matt was very nice and had great communication. We will definitely keep this one on our list for our next visit to the area.

Nice Pool Home

Both the home and the pool were very clean. We had a good time swimming in the pool and using the canoe. The living room is very large with a great big sectional sofa. Some of the rooms have been remodeled but others hadn’t been updated in a while. The home is located on a busy street which made exiting the driveway a little difficult. There was a car left parked in the driveway that had no license plate which limited how much room there was to park. The owner also let us know that we would need to check out an hour earlier than what are booking stated or we would need to wash the bed linens and towels if we chose to stay until the original time. When we first arrived at the property the front of the home had several areas that were black from either mold or dirt and the front lawn was completely dead. The overall curb appeal of the home is lacking but the kitchen and bathrooms are in good condition . Although we had a nice time, probably would not rent this home again. At least not until the owner is able to finish getting the rest of the home updated.

Perfect house for quick family getaway

Everything was just right: the pool, the number of rooms, the open layout of the kitchen and family room, and the location allowing easy access to various beaches, boating, groceries, etc. We mostly cooked at the house (picky eaters). We used the bikes, swam and and did puzzles. Don't miss the water park nearby, but check which days it is open (not always on weekdays).

Lovely place in a great location.

We rented this for our grandson's 4th birthday. We loved every bit of it. Close enough to fort Myers beach but far enough away from crowds. Shopping and food choices were close. Very convenient and Matt was awesome
