Great Vacation Home for Two Families!

This house was the perfect size for two families. It was clean and well stocked with all the things you could need during your stay. Nick was very responsive to answer calls and texts during our stay. Pool was bigger than it looks in pictures and the temperature of the pool and spa were perfect. No complaints here. Perfect for large families

This house was great! We had a group of 10, including young kids and it was the perfect amount of space. Everyone enjoyed the pool area and it’s great that there are toy floaties for toddler on site. The house was clean! I typically get nervous to look at the rag after a spill and I impressed with how clean the floors were. We all said we’d definitely stay again.

Wonderful pool and home

We had a great time at Nick's place and made constant use of the pool and spa. Very sadly, the general neighborhood was quite impacted by hurricane ian which limited some of our planned beach trips, however, Nick was beyond communicative and helped us figure out some great alternate plans (Venice Beach is a must visit) and ensured the pool was always at a temperature that worked for our family. Thanks Nick - we had a great time!
