Splash Villa - heated pool, pet friendly, golf course and waterpark close by

This beautiful home was remodeled in 2021 and is decorated in a modern style with tasteful furnishings allowing for a feeling of home and nothing to be missed while you are visiting. Splash Villa is a (4) bedroom, (2) bathroom home with a fully screened lanai, heated pool, and just a mile away from Sun Splash Family Waterpark!! This home is, clean, on a quiet cul-de-sac, well equipped, and close to all local amenities. This southern Cape Coral home is also located right down the street from Hunter's Run Golf Club, and a 5 min drive to all the local restaurants. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs (with Netflix included) and Alexa alarm clock with speaker. This dog friendly home is equipped with a cozy bed, bowls and crate for your furry friend. (Two small dogs allowed, under 30lbs each)

Local Attractions:
The closest beach is Cape Coral beach, located on the Caloosahatchee River and is about 15 minutes away by car. The stunning gulf beaches such as Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel and Captiva Island are about a 30–40-minute car drive depending on traffic. You can also reach the beautiful gulf beaches by boat directly from the house which takes about 50 minutes.

Shopping:
Several supermarkets, many restaurants and bars are only a five-minute drive away. You can also enjoy beautiful waterfront dining at the Cape Harbor shops, just a fifteen-minute drive from the house. Pine Island road just (8 min) north has just about every restaurant you could want, plus some local favorites.

House Features:
The indoor dining area has enough seating for (8) people. The patio dining set on the covered lanai and seats (8) people. Additional seating is also located on the patio for an additional (6) guests. You can also enjoy an after-dinner cocktail on our cozy patio lounge chairs adjacent to the pool or grill a nice steak on the new stainless BBQ grill. The living room is equipped with a 65" LED Smart TV, includes Netflix, basic TV, an Alexa sound system, and DVD/Blue Ray player.

Kitchen:
The spacious and light-filled kitchen and open-concept living/dining rooms have stunning views over the pool and the main house. The modern kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Enjoy your morning coffee on our kitchen bar or out on the patio to watch the sunrise. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker (please bring your own capsules), as well as a traditional dripping coffee maker.

Pool:
The pool is covered in sunshine early morning and most of the afternoon which helps keeping the pool warm. The evenings cool down allowing for a nice dinner outside on the patio. In addition, the pool has an electric pool heater and pool cover for the evenings and winter months.

Beautiful home

This house has been beautifully renovated and decorated with much attention to detail. Pool was the perfect temp, nice neighbors and quiet neighborhood close to anywhere you would want to go. Lu and Martina were wonderful to deal with! Loved it so much I booked for next year! I would definitely recommend this property!

Great 1 month stay! Clean, bright, comfy.

We had a great stay! We arrived to a sparkling clean, beautifully updated and well-equipped home. The check-in was simple and easy and the hosts were very responsive and kind. We’ve never stayed in a rental property that was so well appointed, organized, and ready to go. The pool was at the perfect temp, the appliances were all top-notch, and there were tons of linens, towels and blankets. Location was a little out of the way, but not too bad. All in all, this is an excellent place to stay!

Spring Break Getaway 2025

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home during our kids spring break week. Very clean, organized, great pool and patio area. We enjoyed making breakfast and dinners. BBQ grill was very useful and helpful. Kids loved to play in the pool. Owners were very flexible, understanding and friendly ! Our family went out in the evenings and played mini golf few time which was like 1 mile away and we also did few other sight seeings that owners kindly recommended for us. We would love to come again to this love property and escape Midwest cold !

Beautiful home and kind owners

This property was perfect for my family. The house was clean and well stocked with bath and pool towels. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cook ware. It was about 30-40 mins to several different beaches. A water park just 5 mins away. The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. The owners were kind and helpful. They even gave recommendations on things the kids might enjoy close by. Really enjoyed staying in this home.

Great House

House was great! Really beautiful and upkept and super clean property. All beds were super comfortable and so was living room furniture and all furniture which was appreciated. Pool area was great and owner communicated about Lanai screen change due to hurricane. He did install a great privacy fence around pool which was great! Only suggestion would be to add pool ladder bar to get out of pool easier. Cape Coral and and Fort Meyers are still recovering in areas but it is a great location to explore Southwest Florida. We were still able to go to Fort Meyers Beach and toured multiple other beach areas on our stay. We would definitely rent again from owner of this property.

Great escape!

This tucked away property in a quiet location was a great getaway for myself, my daughter, and our friends. This swimming pool provided hours of fun, and the open breezy layout was wonderful for us to hang out. Tons of towels were provided, beach gear, and an indoor garage space for our rental. The kitchen was well stocked. A small concern with the freezer door on the refrigerator was quickly fixed by the owner’s repairman. This home also had some great advice for local restaurants and things to do. Although it’s away from the main restaurants and canal ways it’s still a lovely stay. Thank you.

Nicely renovated, pool warmly heated to 88, on a cul de sac, beds relatively comfortable, I wish there had been 3 baths but we made it work with 2. I felt like the water pressure was low in the guest bath. Would like to be able to out air on 72, it got a little warm for a couple of us. We rented a Redbox movie but couldn't get the DVD player to work. They started during construction in the area on day 3 of our stay. Alit of things are within 5 miles but it takes 25-30min to get there. Overall nice stay.

We had a great time at this rental. The pictures are a great representation of the property. It was very clean and well stocked. Check with Deb was great! Communication with the owner was also wonderful. Also, the pool was very warm!!

Great stay at Splash Villa!

This is a very nice property. It was clean well stocked and furnished. The pool was great and everything we needed food, restaurants and other shopping was close and convenient. There’s a very nice public beach just a few minutes away.
