Welcome to Starfish

Starfish is a gorgeous, breathtaking three-bedroom, two full bathroom luxury Villa with amazing amenities.
Starfish is situated in the highly desirable SW Cape. Centrally located with Gulf Access, close to restaurants and shopping, near Chiquita and Cape Coral Pkwy with all of its restaurants and shops. The area is a favorite for walking, biking and relaxing.
As soon as you open the double glass doors, you will be entering a large living room with breathtaking views. This home offers lots of space, and has a split floor plan setting up the main suite with its en-suite bathroom and patio access to the left of the home and the queen guest bedrooms with a shared hallway bathroom to the right of the home. Welcome to Paradise.
This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.
Starfish features beautiful Floridian décor, the three bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious bar there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
The home offers bicycles for our guests to use (Use at your own risk) to explore the neighborhood.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 6 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, or just relaxing on the sun lounges. You can fish right off the seawall or just watch the passing by boats. Have a cocktail on the boat dock with its own Tiki Hut. The outdoor area offers great space for entertainment while watching your favorite game on the oversized outdoor smart TV or just watching the electric fireplace to set the mood.
Starfish truly has it all. With over four-hundred miles of canals, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.

Extremely quick and simple self check-in. The property manager came to the house the following morning to review any issues and to give basic details. The house was extremely clean and well equipped. It was very luxurious. The pool and the outdoor lighting was great. We did not like the fact that the pool access bathroom (which is a great idea) was shared by both of the guest bedrooms. We were unable to access some of the television systems on the outside set, no problem with any in the great room. Though there are houses close on both sides, the landscaping provided a high level of privacy. The pool is outstanding, set to a very warm temperature. All of the appliances worked very well. The owner's boat detracted somewhat from the view.

I just can't say enough about how much we loved the house, The starfish property had everything you could possibly need, the kitchen was fully equipped, the pool area was clean and there's a closet filled with pool toys, noodles, rafts etc...and we loved eating meals in the pool area and cooking using the outdoor kitchen BBQ ...We didn't want to leave !! I worked with Venessa to book the property , she answered all my emails and phone calls promptly, and went above and beyond to call me on her day off !

We loved staying at Starfish.

We loved staying at Starfish. It was gorgeous, spacious, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. Highlights included the beautiful outdoor pool, the tiki bar along the canal, the master bedroom and bathroom, and the warm and welcoming open kitchen and living room space. We also loved the speakers throughout the house and outside so we could listen to music everywhere! The pool toys and bikes were an extra special bonus! Everyone associated with Vesteva Vacation Rentals were friendly, knowledgeable, and responded very quickly to our inquiries. They worked with me to find the perfect home for our family for our stay in southwest Florida with short notice. They took the time to check in with us on our first full day to make sure we had everything we needed and provided helpful information on their website as well. It was evident that they cared deeply about their guests and their properties.

Cant say enough good things about the Starfish home. It is a beautiful vacation home with stunning interior and exterior architecture. It is also furnished and decorated very nicely. Beds were very comfortable. We spent 2 beautiful weeks and enjoyed the pool daily. The canal was full of interesting fish which my son inlaw caught and released. One morning we had a beautiful dolphin feeding all around the dock that we could have touched. What a sight to see so close. The location is very close to Publix for groceries and some of the best restaurants in the Cape. Would highly recommend this home and Vesteva to anyone. Cant wait to come back again. AC system was not functioning properly upon arrival. It was resolved very quickly (same day) by Steffen and AC company.

Everything was great except the bed in the master bedroom needs some improvement. My husband and I both did not sleep well. The rest of the home was very nice. Also nice grill in outdoor kitchen was broke.Thanks Again!Your team makes it very easy to plan. The team was great as they have always been each year. This was our third experience with each of the team an not a problem. The owner of the home we had plan to rent put the property up for sale so we had to change the home in the last thirty days but with the staff everything was smooth as it could be. We also experienced a fifteenth area of Cape Coral. Thanks again for a great week. We hope to be back soon.

Didnt know what to expect when renting this home but there are (2) full size coolers in the garage (

Didnt know what to expect when renting this home but there are (2) full size coolers in the garage (didnt use) and a smaller one locate in the kitchen pantry that we used for the beach. There are (2) fishing poles with some basic tackle but need to get live shrimp for bait if you are planning on fishing from the boat dock. There were (2) cruiser bikes and a tandem bike we used daily, the (2) kids bikes were to small for my 8 year old daughter to use. There was a good assortment of kitchenware for all of your basic needs along with the coffee maker and toaster that we used daily. General dollar is just 2 blocks down the road as we had to get some more paper toweling and some supplies to use during our week long stay. There is a weber gas grill that isnt shown in the pictures but we didnt use it during our stay. The master bath was awesome but the shower head could use some updating. There are no kayaks/canoes on site but those would have been nice to paddle up/down the canal systems.
