Living Room
This modern and inviting living area offers a sectional sofa, accent chair, large flat screen TV, and coastal inspired décor. Vaulted ceilings and ample natural light create a bright and airy atmosphere, with sliding doors providing easy access to the lanai and stunning views of the canal! Off the living room is the game area which features a game table, and a twin pull out bed.

Master Suite
The master suite features a king size bed, nightstands, two dressers, mounted flat screen TV, and an attached master bath with double vanity sinks and a spacious walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen size bed, nightstand, dresser, and a flat screen TV.

Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features a single vanity sink, large walk-in shower with glass doors, and access to the lanai.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features a queen size bed, nightstand, dresser, and two closets.

Outside
Outside is the spacious screened lanai with a heated saltwater pool, complete with two water loungers on the sun ledge, perfect for year-round relaxation and entertainment. The modern paver deck surrounds the pool and features a glass top table with seating for four, two lounge chairs, and a gas grill with a direct view of the canal.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:

• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.

● Consolidate trash out of bathrooms and kitchen and put in dumpster when leaving the complex
● Please clean up dishes and run dishwasher
● Turn off lights, close windows and lock the door on your way out.

POOL RULES
● Use the pool at your own risk. No children should be left unattended in the pool area.
● Do not enter the pool in the same clothes that were worn in the lake. This throws off the balance of the pool. If extra chemicals or cleanings are needed for excessive dirtiness, the cost is the guest's responsibility.
