So are a bowling alley as well as a movie theater .Multiple restaurants and bars are in close vicinity and a beautiful park where you can rent kayaks or take a 4 mile river hike is just a mile away as well.

A week prior to your trip we will send you all the necessary information for your arrival and we will arrange a time with you for a brief meet and greet at the house with our property manager. During your stay, our property manager can always be reached via phone or by email.

This luxurious home boasts over 2,500 square feet of living space with an incredible indoor-outdoor living set up. Live your best SW Florida dream and call this gorgeous Villa home during your stay! The pool and jacuzzi are heated year-round for maximum enjoyment. With 2 master suites and 2 additional guest bedrooms there is room for your whole group to be comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain. All bedrooms have smart TVs.
Each master suite is equipped with a king size bed and a full master bathroom with a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a his and her sink.
The guest bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed as well as a twin size bed. The 2 guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
For your convenience there is an additional pool bath off the patio.
And the pool table and the kayaks will make sure you are entertained during the day and in the evenings.


Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present during time of reservation.
In winter, our pool heaters are set to 86 degrees but you can change the temperature to your liking when you are here.
