The Villa Aesthetic is a luxury villa, where the name says it all.

High quality was chosen not only for the look but also for the choice of materials.
The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood in the yacht club area - walking distance to the beach, the pier and restaurants like "Boathouse of Cape Coral".

For boaters, the location is just perfect and you can reach the river in no time. There are also 2 kayaks available to explore the area from the water.

The living area is luxurious with 2700 sqft. Two master bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms provide more than enough space. Furthermore, there are two more bedrooms and a third bathroom in the house. All bedrooms have a kingsize bed. In addition, there is a game room where you can spend great game nights with an air hockey table, foosball table and a playstation.

For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area. The TV in the living room is also equipped with Apple TV.

The high-quality kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to extensive cooking events. A Nespresso machine is also available.

The pool area provides chaise lounges, sufficient towels and an outdoor shower. High quality travertine (natural stone) is laid throughout the whole outdoor area. The saltwater pool is electrically heated and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle to the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine - no more irritated eyes. In addition, beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler are provided for your trips.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

For all of our guests at CoralVilla, individual information folders have been created for each house, which will provide you with helpful tips such as shopping markets, outlets, restaurants, sights and much more.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boat dock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Likewise, smoking is only permitted outdoors.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

We would be grateful if you could put the used towels in the washing machine and start it before you leave. Thank you! Please put the garage door opener in the kitchen.
Check-out is possible until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Please arrange a personal appointment with the property manager. Please clean the BBQ grill thoroughly if you have used it.
If the BBQ grill is not clean upon check-out, we will take care of it for a cleaning fee of $50. If the propane runs out, please purchase a replacement bottle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Dream stay

It was the nicest rental we’ve stayed in in the past eight years. It was appointed with very upscale pots pans the kitchen was as nice as my kitchen at home we lacked for nothing. We have already booked our trip for next year.

Hurricane Ian

Went back and forth trying to decide to cancel due to hurricane damage. Property owner assured us that there was no damage to property with the exception of some screening on the Lanai. The area was devastated by the hurricane including most of the houses in the area. We were very fortunate, but also felt bad for the neighbors who were cleaning and repairing the damages while we were enjoying our house and pool. We have rented from the Core Villa group in the past and were again pleased with the property. Had an issue with the A/C but the manager was very prompt and had it corrected in a very timely fashion.

we LOVED the house, it is gorgeous, clean, well maintained and the backyard pool was wonderful.

Loved the location, the canal and the pool. My family was in the pool all day night and loved having the boat right outside your backyard. My family consisted of young adults (30+) and loved it, the location as well. Anyone at any age would enjoy this beautiful relaxing home - has everything you need for a vacation

This home was just Perfect! It was very spacious and definitely a 5 star accommodation. It has generous king sized bedrooms with an amazing pool and spa. The canal access was lovely and we took the kayaks out for a spin directly from our dock. We were not brave enough to rent a boat but definitely will the next time as there is a lift right on the property. Best home for a lovely vacation!
