Villa Paradise is a beautiful 3 bedrooms 2 baths villa, located in popular SW Cape Coral. It has a very nice pool and spa area with perfect western exposure to ensure sunshine during the day AND the gorgeous Florida sunsets at night. The pool area is spacious, plenty of room for sunbathing and entertaining. Cool down in the pool or relax in the hot spa. There is also a wonderful outdoor dining area equipped with a grill and a smaller outdoor kitchen, everything you need for a perfect stay.

The villa is located in SW Cape Coral, one of Cape Coral's most popular areas. You're walking distance from Publix Supermarket, popular Lobster Lady Restaurant, and Seafood Market, Duffy's Bar and of course Cape Harbour Marina with Rumrunners restaurant and all kinds of different events for the whole family. You're also close to Cape Coral Pkwy, for easy access to Down Town Ft Myers, Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva Island.

This villa offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy TV room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker.

The master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed and also has a TV.

The stay was good. I would suggest a larger dining room table and more wash cloths available and black wash cloths for makeup. Otherwise stay was good and location was great. Too cold to swim. Fenced in yard was great for our dog. Would stay again.

The house was beautiful and prefect. There was a slight issue with the pool & spa but this is currently being handle and the host has been very responsive. The location was great as well. Will definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to the area.

Wisconsin get away

We stayed for 5 weeks in The Villa Paradise. The house was very clean and pretty much as pictured. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful and quiet. The pool was amazing! Spent most days just relaxing on the lanai and in the pool. The yard was beautifully kept which made it enjoyable for our dog. We enjoyed our stay so much we have it booked for 2026.

Great stay. House is as per the photos, the pool area is great. Neighbourhood is safe and friendly close to grocery stores and some good restaurants. The house is equipped with everything, we stayed over two months and had everything we needed. House is clean and beds are comfy. Communication from the host is very good. We would recommend.

Truly a Villa Paradise

Absolutely perfect.

This place was amazing. We have always stayed at a condo or hotel, but decided to try a home this time. I will never go back to a hotel again! You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought into making this a prefect vacation for their guests. From the huge selection of kitchen ware (seriously, this place has every utensil you would need to cook a 10 course meal) to the bin of pool toys and water guns, they have thought of EVERYTHING! My family had such a wonderful time this week and we will be back next year for sure!

Great vacation home with pool

My wife and I had a wonderful weeks vacation at this great 3 bedroom pool home. The screened in pool and lanai was perfect, and the fenced in yard for our dog was great as well for her. The location of this home is close to everything you need, and the local restaurants and beach areas are not far away. We want to thank the property manager and the home owners for letting us enjoy their beautiful property.

GREAT LOCATION

We enjoyed the screened lani with heated pool and hot tub, the covered outdoor dining and seating around the great room tv. Great laundry facilities, very quiet neighborhood, only had a problem with the ice maker and 1 television and the property manager Erin was very responsive in getting it replaced. Would stay again and again.

Everything we needed

We rented this property for almost 2 weeks while we were moving into our new home in the area. It had everything we needed for my family of 6. Me, my husband, 10 and 2 year old kids and 2 boxer fur babies. I was so happy when they said we could have them with us. We brought their crates so they were never left unattended. The fenced in yard was perfect to give them some room to run. We all enjoyed the pool and outside areas. Plenty of towels, kitchen necessities, pillows and blankets. The area was quiet and tucked away but easy access to things. I would easily stay here again if we hadn't already purchased our little slice of paradise.

Great Vacation and good location

Overall very good. Glad they were pet friendly. Easy to find and close to what we wanted to do. Only problem the bottom sheets did not fit the king size bed, kept comming off. Told property manager and she brought us a new Queen size sheet. Spa heater did not work. Kept hearing the compressor go off on overload. But didn't matter water was 73 deg. Loved the outside shower

Beautiful Vacation Home!

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. It was exacly as advertised on VBRO. Very clean and spacious. The pool and Lani area was amazing! Our dogs loved the fenced in back yard. Very quiet neiborhood with very friendly people. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Erin for all of your help!

Horrible customer service

The house and location was great but when we arrived the pool and hot tub heater was broke and not fixed until late afternoon the next day. We rented the place specifically for the hot tub and pool but by the time everything heated up we were through more than half our stay. The management company’s response was “it’s a house and these things happen” with no reduced rate or even a future credit. Horrible customer service. I understand things happen but when they do you need to take care of the customer, and make it right. We spent a lot of money for a cold pool and cold hot tub. Vacanza rentals does not care about the customer experience.

Exactly what was described in the listing. Beautiful house in a convenient, quiet neighborhood that is beautifully appointed, extremely equipped, comfortable and peaceful. The pool is wonderful. We would highly recommend this VRBO. With that said, you should know a couple of things. They have a huge tv in the living room that is great. However, they have Direct tv with a minimum package of channels. So, you may want to bring an Amazon Fire stick or some other similar source. Also, if you have 2 computers online at the same time, you may be able to connect the tv to the internet. Additionally, a the tv in the master bedroom only has an HD antenna and is not connected to the Direct tv even though the tvs in the other 2 bedrooms are connected. Those are simply for information purposes and do not change our high recommendation for this VRBO.

Great property

The pictures are accurate. We loved the town. I was a little weirded out by them contacting me via email asking for my card information and outside of the app but they were super responsive once in the property. No issues with the property. The little town was amazing and everyone was so friendly. I did not get my rental agreement through VRBO untilI requested but I believe that was a VRBO missed function and not the property management company. All in all we had a good stay and I will specifically look for this company to rent from in the future.
