Relax and enjoy this completely renovated pool oasis home in highly coveted Southwest Cape Coral. The villa features a brand new, luxurious and extra-large pool with spa surrounded by a beautiful garden. The spacious terrace offers enough loungers, lounge furniture, an outdoor shower and a dining table for 6 people. A Weber BBQ grill is available for cozy barbecue evenings. In the 12m (40 feet) long pool with sunbed you can comfortably swim some laps. The spa with waterfall invites you to relax.

The open plan living area with dining table and fully equipped new kitchen offers enough space for up to six people. A sunny dining area overlooking the pool and a bar complete the modern facilities. The large windows and the sliding doors to the terrace, which can be opened completely, ensure that the sun and a fresh breeze can enter the house all year round.

The master bedroom with king-size bed has a walk-in closet, TV and direct access to the pool area. Two additional bedrooms, with one king and one queen bed, allow multiple families to enjoy this beautiful home. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. In the house you will find two modern bathrooms with a rain shower in the master bathroom and a shower/bath combination in the guest bathroom. There is also a designated work area with a desk.

For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

A double garage and a fully fenced yard make this home private and inviting.
The pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. No more irritated eyes.

Recent renovations include: new floor and wall tiles throughout, new kitchen and baths, new appliances, new pool & hot tub, and new furniture!
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We would be grateful if you could put the used towels in the washing machine and start it before you leave. Thank you! Please put the garage door opener in the kitchen.
Check-out is possible until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Please arrange a personal appointment with the property manager. Please clean the BBQ grill thoroughly if you have used it.
If the BBQ grill is not clean upon check-out, we will take care of it for a cleaning fee of $50. If the propane runs out, please purchase a replacement bottle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Pool was wonderful and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Enjoyed riding bike every day too. Host was very responsive with any issues we had during our stay. We are excited to return next year!
