Villa Sunset Cove isn’t simply located on the water—the waterfront is at the center of the experience. The home’s corner peninsula location provides beautiful open-water views from multiple directions, while the private dock puts Cape Coral’s famous waterways right outside your door. Take one of the provided kayaks out for a peaceful paddle, relax beside the water, watch the boats go by or simply enjoy the changing colors of the Florida sky. Guests interested in boating can also explore the waterways leading toward some of Southwest Florida’s most famous destinations, including Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach.

YOUR PRIVATE HEATED POOL & OUTDOOR RETREAT
This is where you’ll probably spend most of your vacation. The large screened pool area combines a heated saltwater pool, covered outdoor living area, comfortable lounge seating, sun loungers, BBQ and spectacular waterfront views into one private outdoor retreat.

The spacious, light-filled interior features high ceilings and comfortable furnishings with plenty of room for family and friends to relax together. Enjoy your own music throughout the villa and pool area with the Sonos sound system, or settle in for a movie using Apple TV.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The open kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from morning coffee to a family dinner while remaining connected to the living areas. You’ll find stainless-steel appliances, attractive quartz countertops, a full selection of cooking and dining essentials and a Nespresso machine. And when you’d rather cook outdoors, the BBQ is waiting beside the pool.

Villa Sunset Cove comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, private bathroom and direct access to the pool deck. A second bedroom also offers a king-size bed, while the third bedroom features a queen-size bed. With approximately 2,368 square feet (220 m²) of living space, there’s plenty of room to spend time together without feeling crowded.
