Great for Families

Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for each family to have space. FULLY stoked kitchen. Lots of pool tools and bathroom towels! Super clean. Hosts were very quick to respond to messages and questions. One downside on location - not much is within walking distance - Vehicle required at this location.

Great House!

The Pelican at Cape Coral was an excellent house for our family vacation. We had the total maximum number of people allowed and found it to be fine for our needs. It is well maintained in a nice area and is exactly as described. The pool and ping pong tables were a big hit, providing the room needed to hang out and spread out. The host was helpful and very responsive.

Great house in Cape Coral

Our family of 12 stayed at this property in June. The property is exactly as listed, with everything a group could want for a relaxing vacation. The owners are responsive and friendly. We would definitely rent this house again if we decide to visit the area in the future.

Gorgeous Property

We recently stayed at The Pelican and throughly enjoyed it. The house had everything you could think of. Lots of room to spread out, fabulous pool, and even a ping pong table in the garage. We will definitely book this house again.

Wonderful Vacation House

This house was a great find. Clean, well-appointed, convenient to restaurants and stores. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living spaces. Neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and walkable. Communication was excellent throughout, and any (small) problems were quickly addressed. Large groups might want to consider that two of the four bathrooms are ensuite, which leaves four bedrooms sharing the two smallest bathrooms; bathrooms could use some more storage/hooks as well. Pool area is beautiful, with a very large table, lots of seating and lounging chairs, good working grill. Dock is suitable for a rental boat; ping pong and foosball in the garage; ample towels and beach towels provided. Highly recommend.

Great Family Vacation House

Great place to hang with the family! We had a blast hanging by the pool and exploring Cape Coral. Host was very accommodating with pack n play and high chair for our little one. We had 9 people stay, and there was more than enough room. I would recommend! We even caught some fish off the dock!

An excellent vacation!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on our family vacation. We had 6 adults and 8 children in the home and never felt cramped. The home was beautiful, clean, and packed with amenities. It has exceptional views from the dock in the back yard and the pool is second to none. The property managers were super friendly and made checking in and out a breeze. I would recommend this home to anyone and we are already in talks about our next trip back.

Great stay!

This house was really great for our needs! The layout was perfect -with a master up and a master down. There were many things also for the baby. Much appreciated! Kitchen was a great size and the grill outside was a wonderful bonus! Pool was perfect as well! Only thing to note is that the "beach" nearby isn't a proper beach as one would imagine. It's smaller and kind of like a lake/beach. The closest real beach is Ft Myers - and in traffic it took almost an hour to get to. Worked fine for our family - however, something to note if you are looking for a true beach vacation.

Great family and friends that are family getaway

We had a great time the week we spent here! We had one minor issue with the pool and when I sent a message Iwona called me right away and had the pool guy there right away to take care of it. We rented a boat for a couple days and it was great to be able to have it right there at the house. If you want somewhere different to go, go to Pine Island. There are a lot of cool little bars there
we had a blast the night we went! The house was great and our week in Cape Coral was great!

We absolutely felt at home here! Everything was provided for us and whatever small item we found lacking was very quickly addressed. The pictures truly represented the house which is not always the case with some rentals. A beautiful, quiet and relaxing property to stay on.

Pool area was amazing and the proximity to dollar general for supplies was just around the block. Grill was amazing as well as kitchen amenities for food prep. We had a coffee pot and blender both retire their use during our stay but were replaced within hours of notice! Iwana was very promt with responses. Good family trip.

Great for family!

I loved this home! We had plenty of room for the 12 of us. The pool was the best and the outdoor dining room table was really nice for all of us to sit and have a meal together. The ping pong & foosball tables provided us extra entertainment. We enjoyed hanging out at the house in the evenings after being out during the day exploring different areas.

The house had everything we needed for our family vacation. The pool was great with plenty of towels and floating devices. The house had all the utensils and appliances you could need. The house was clean. We enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend!

A beautiful villa!

My family really enjoyed the time we were at the villa. The host was very welcoming and available to help with anything we needed. Everything was clean and in working order and there were even some extras we didn't expect but enjoyed like a port-a-crib, high chair, ping pong table, foosball table......the list goes on. We are considering returning to this property in the near future.
