The 45 sqm studio with African flair is located on the ground floor of the guesthouse built at the end of 2017. With large windows on two sides to the garden the room is bright and friendly. For entertainment and communication, the guest can use a 100 mbps WiFi connection to the Internet in addition to the TV.

Everything is color coordinated. The living room has a sitting area that is equipped with coffee table and a double sofa bed. Here an extra adult or two children can sleep well. The optically separated sleeping area has a double bed (with two mattresses), bedside tables, wardrobe and a shelf with 72cm Smart TV (with Internet connection). The bright, beautiful bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a spacious shower cubicle (wheelchair-friendly, with seat and sturdy handle) with variable shower rose and separate hand shower, toilet, heated towel rail and a washbasin with large basin.

In the separate vestibule is the fully-equipped open kitchen (large fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, etc.) and the 5-seater dining table.

Private terrace with sitting area, stone bench with fluffy pillows and large parasol. From there direct access to the beautiful garden with solar-heated 45sqm swimming pool.
