• NB: Drying laundry on the windows or balcony is not allowed at this property, should you ignore this law, you will be fined R1000.00 by the property manager.
• Our unit does not have a backup power source during load shedding events.
• We`re remote hosts, and our team is available to assist you via phone calls and messaging between 8am-10pm daily,
• Note: On-site assistance may incur a 1-hour wait and in a case of lost keys, a call-out fee is applicable.

• Please note that our units are self-catering and do not include daily cleaning or amenity replenishment. A mandatory exit cleaning fee is charged, based on room type, to ensure high standards of cleanliness. All units are equipped with an in-unit washing machine for your convenience.

We offer additional cleaning services at an extra cost. For extended stays, we provide complimentary cleans as follows:
• For stays of 9 days or more – 1 complimentary clean
• For stays of 2 weeks or more – 2 complimentary cleans
• For stays of 1 month or more – 3 complimentary cleans
