We travel a lot - what we experienced in this accommodation was unique. Both the condition of the apartment the landlord's ignorant response to our complaints.When we moved in, the apartment was still a construction site. The painter was still working outside the interior smelled strongly of paint. There were open cable ducts hanging lamp connections everywhere, one bedroom in particular was completely empty except for a bed. After we expressed our horror, a simple side table a lamp was organized. In the bathroom, there was a large window without screen was easily visible. There was no mirror no other amenities. The advertised small pool was a rotten, disused basin. Where the outdoor shower should have been, there were only exposed pipes hanging around.We had to sleep in the stench because it was not possible to open a window at night due to a lack of a security system. The whole apartment was bare uncomfortable. There was a few essential pieces of cheap, worn-out furniture.In addition, the gate for the driveway was installed incorrectly. Someone had to stand on the sensor to prevent the car from being trapped by the closing gate. As a precaution, we parked outside. However, we felt very uncomfortable during our stay. The lady ignored all the solutions we suggested verbally and by email.As we had told the landlady at the beginning, we left one night earlier. We asked for a refund for that night. That would have been the least we would have expected.
