Dear Paul, our establishment consists of two apartments. The one bedroom flat-let you booked has no access to the hillside pool. I informed you of the same in my email on 6.2.20. On 7.2.20 I asked you to confirm whether you received my email and you confirmed you did receive my email. We have already informed Expedia to let you have a full refund as you did not stay. Unfortunately they have not reacted to my emails so far. Kind regards
